Exactly what i expected.

Swimming pool was fantastic, woman serving breakfast Saturday and Sunday was absolutely horrible, attitude and demeanor was the worst made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome.

The person who checked me in was extremely nice!

Our room was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Good toiletries provided. Great breakfast provided every morning. Good location in Aberdeen, SD

We booked 10 rooms for one night and what a great stay it was! Michael at the front desk was prepared for us it literally took 5 minutes to get us all checked in! Clean rooms, amazing staff!

Holiday inn express is our favorite, our grandkids love the pool, the adults love the hot tubs. We were able to use the breakfast room to enjoy pizza in the evening. The beds are very comfortable, I love the keurig in the room. The walkway to the restaurant is very convenient.

Found a used condom wrapper on the couch. The breakfast staff was extremely rude and seemed upset to be there. Inside of dresser drawers were dirty and I had to clean them before use. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast food was good with a nice variety. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Overall an ok experience, not the best or the worst I’ve stayed in!

Great facility, loved the convenience of the dove products, rooms clean and decorated well.

Room was spacious. I booked so my 2 year old could play in the kiddie pool. The pool was disgusting. There was brown algae looking stuff lurking on the bottom of the kids pool with foam floating atop the water. The adult pool with the waterslide was too murky to even see the bottom. It was gross and did not even bother with it. Staff at front desk was less than helpful. Room service was not done, even when requested. I left with garbage and diapers overflowing from my trash cans in my room. Fire alarms also went off at 4:30 am one night. There was no staff to be found at the front desk to explain if there was any danger.

Beware that waterslide is not open every day. We stayed Sun-Mon and it was closed the entire time, very disappointing for the kids. Also tried to order take out from Maverick's Steak House (advertised in hotel and across the parking lot) and was told they were so short staffed they were not taking to go orders?! Didn't want to go sit at the restaurant and expect poor service so went somewhere else for supper. Room was clean and breakfast options were great.

Fantastic hotel! Kids love the pool! The only thing that could be better are the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. There is never enough conditioner and the body wash wouldn’t even come out. But overall this is a great hotel and we will stay there again

The bed wasn’t comfortable pool was to small

We stayed at this hotel during the basketball state championship, so it was packed. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was great. Our room was okay, the tub wasn’t super clean (I wiped it with disinfectant wipes before using it, and found several hairs) and the carpet in the room wasn’t the cleanest either. The bed and sheets were clean and honestly super comfy. The pool was great and my son enjoyed it. I love how close Mavericks is (it’s connected) and we had an overall good stay.

The fact that it’s attached to a conference center and a restaurant makes it very convenient especially during cold (or hot) weather. Overall, a nice stay and location.

I have never had such a horrible experience.. 1. Got to room and noticed an bad smell.. there was poop on the bathroom floor and used tissues in the garbage with brown on them.. 2. When called about the bathroom got told it was just candy and nothing to worry about. Someone did come up to clean it but still argued with us about it. 3. When we left the hotel to get supper got a phone call from the hotel telling us the card was declined when I know it wasn’t. Then paid again but got told it was for a hold incase of damage. Was told I wasn’t allowed back in the room. 4. After getting told I wasn’t allowed back into the room they decided to switch our room because of the poop and broken dressers and no fridge. 5. When went to go swimming the pool was left open 30 minutes more due to the issues of not being allowed back into our room And the staff Members treating us poorly. 6. The pool had so many parties and there was garbage and food all over the place. You couldn’t even get into the pool. There was so many people and you couldn’t even get into the pool room. 7.breakfast didn’t have enough food out. Got blamed on truck but yet when we left the hotel to go get breakfast they had more food out. 8. There was a party going on in the lobby and there was screaming,swearing,drinking and people running all over the hall and hitting things this lasted at least till 12:30 if not longer and nothing was said or done to them. 9. The slide has hours and doesn’t run that much.

Parking our big livestock trailer was a challenge here. However, room was clean and had a fun pool for the toddler. Pool was a little on the cool side but overall a good place to stay.

Kids love the big slide at the pool. I love the location. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

This hotel was convenient, and most of the staff were very pleasant. Breakfast experience was the best we've had in years - the attendant was friendly, efficient, and kept everything full and cleaned. Clean hotel, and we chose this because of the pool, which was perfect for kids. Nice rooms, reasonably priced. The only issue we had was the pool attendant seemed really rude - very glued to his phone, and when asked how to turn the water slide on (since we were told it would be operating for another hour when we got there) he just gestured at the utility room without looking up from his phone. After being asked he did turn it on, but then stood waiting near the room watching his phone with jacket on, and as soon as it turned 9:00 he shut it off (with one of my kids standing at the top of the platform waiting to go down) and left, having left to start his car 10 minutes before. Aside from this it was a wonderful experience.
