Beach, pool was steps from the elevator. Pierr 33 store was across the street. And a coffee shop up stairs. Restaurant was within 1 mile. Traffic was easy.
We will be staying there again.

It looks better in person than in the pictures, what a pleasant surprise! We had a great week on the beach!
We booked this condo because we wanted to be on the beach, within walking distance to things, and to give our teenagers their own space. The layout ended up being perfect for us. The rooms were spread out and gave all of us our privacy. Being on the 5th floor was great, we were high enough to have a lovely view, yet low enough to climb the stairs when the elevator was backed up. Being the end unit was nice because we didn't get the noise of people waking by. We enjoyed the extra large balcony facing the beach, we saw dolphins every day! The small balcony was nice for watching sunsets over the bay. Having 3 full bathrooms in the unit was nice. The laundry room is not very big, but everything worked. The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals, including a cork screw & crab leg crackers!
Booking with Liquid Life was a breeze, their communication was great from beginning to end. We did have a couple minor maintenance issues, but they were taken care of quickly and didn't hinder our stay. We will definitely book with them in the future!
Location is nice, close enough to things to walk, yet not in the heaviest part of traffic. Pier 33 & Coffee shop is across the street, very convenient for little things. Be aware that traffic does not slow or stop for pedestrians, this was odd to us after staying on other beaches with slower speed limits.

It was great but could use some appliances update. Decorated so nice but has outdated appliances. It wasn’t as clean as I like but I’m super picky. Could use more seating on the balcony. Overall we had a wonderful time!

The condo itself was wonderful. Very clean and homey. The only gripe I have was the balcony furniture. The hitop set was great, the other set was a mess. But we made do and still enjoyed our time on the balcony!

Condo was very nice and clean. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bath was very convenient. The only suggestion I have is that instructions should be available for using the TVs. Not user friendly. However, I do recommend the condo and plan on staying there during my visit next year.

We have stayed at this complex 3 times now—different units each time. This unit was very nice—good views on the sunset side of the building. Some of the furnishings and appliances need to be upgraded, but it was all still serviceable.

We were booked to stay at Pelican Pointe. We spent hours picking this one. The day we arrived we had to change condos because of they were working on the balcony with Jack hammers. We spent extra for another parking space and the condo they transferred us to was dark and the living roofurniture was not comfortable and one of the balcony seats was missing a bottom cushion and wasn't that great and comfortable. Spent alot of money and feel like we didn't pay for what we thought we were getting.

Condo was clean & had everything we needed. It’s a corner unit so feels private from other condos. Balcony views were spectacular! Beds were comfortable & rooms spacious. Close to the main areas for food & shopping. Private beach was nice. They have chair/umbrella rentals available if u don’t want to drag ur stuff to the beach every day. The condo rental management company was very informative & helpful. There was a lot of work going on from updating the bldg & some hurricane damage which was kind of a pain to get in & out of parking lot & strange men everywhere but that was no fault of the owners. I wld definitely stay here again.

SB 2022 my family of 5 stayed at this condo. 4 other families stayed in different condos within the resort. Our condo was in a great location, but that was the only great thing about it. The cleaning company did not do a great job of cleaning; dirt on the floor in many rooms, our shower had hair in it, and the carpet was gross. The bed were beyond needing replaced (I get it’s a rental but you want a comfortable bed at night to get a good nights rest) and not just the master bed, it was all 3 bedroom beds that were shot. The master bed was like sleeping on the floor (springs shot), the 2nd master sunk in middle, and the 3rd bed was 3 mattress stacked on top of each other (the mattresses shifted every night and needed restocked). My husband could barely get out of the bed. My last issue was, there was NO furnace filter in the furnace. By midweek we all had a stuffy nose and coughing; it got progressively worse throughout our stay. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again. There are so many nicer places.
