Отель расположен удобно, вдали от шумной дороги. Большие номера, есть всё необходимое. Есть маленький, но чистый бассейн. Тихая, спокойная, домашняя обстановка. Отзывчивый, дружелюбный хозяин и персонал. В планах - останавливаться здесь каждый раз.

Не во всех номерах есть балконы. Но это неважно.

Отель хоть и старый, но номера в целом "живые". Цена/качество на высоте. Расположение идеальное - рядом русский рынок, 10 минут пешком до остановки автобуса на бангкок. Пляж примерно 20-25 мин пешком. В номере чисто, отличный санузел за эти деньги. Кровать в целом пойдет. Из техники: достаточно большой холодильник и ТВ примерно 32 дюйма с хорошим смарт ТВ: ютубом, нетфликсом и тд. Есть небольшой бассейн и платные недорогие завтраки, но мы этим не пользовались.

На букинге мы бронировали двухместный номер с 2 отдельными кроватями - на фото там большие номера в 27 квадратов, но нас заселили в небольшой номер, который видно на 2 фотографии. Вот на фото как раз весь номер и есть, а другие фото - это похоже другие номера, никаких диванов у нас не было, а окно было в коридор (что в целом не так уж и плохо, тк комната меньше нагревается) Нужно иметь ввиду, что в здании нет лифта, а лестницы могут быть сложными для пожилых. Я бы сказал, что не хватает освещения в холле/ коридоре

Location was excellent with short access to the main road linking to Pattaya beach or Jomtien beach Bed mattress of above expectations. This makes a big difference Staff was very welcoming

Minor details could be fixed/improved but nothing critical. Some lights aren't working, or the fridge should continue to function during our absence. The bigger concern was the windows weren't locked, one bedroom with the access to the staircase, and the other in the living room with the window that just can't be locked, anyone from the room next door could have just jumped over through the balcony and get into my room..

Generally clean. Comfortable. Friendly staff, good sized room.

Pool was dirty so couldn’t really use it. The place could do with an update but everything’s working so it’s just for aesthetics.

The pool was great and the hotel was quiet

The room didn’t have a window. There was no cleaning of rooms ever, on the third day we had to ask for new towels ourselves

Most important is the owner of the property which is humble and down to earth. Kind and good person. He explained about tourist spots and other places. Comfortable good. Early room check in is provided based on the request. Easy accessible everywhere. Pool is also available and outside chairs are provided for our relaxation. Must recommend this place. We will come next surely the same. loves a lot.
