Very happy with all aspects of our stay. Rosina was very prompt in responding to any questions we had . Would definitely choose this accommodation again, away from busy Waikiki but close enough as needed. Comfortable, great view from balcony and as advertised .

Stayed here with family, including kids. There were plenty of basic kitchen essentials and even some toiletries, as well as beach chairs, toys, and snorkel gear. Probably one of the most stocked vrbos I’ve ever stayed in! Prepaid parking was a plus, and convenient location to lots of restaurants and walkable places.

We stayed at the condo for the Oahu leg of our Christmas vacation. It is tucked inside the hustle and bustle of downtown Honolulu. It is not in a quiet area, so the nightlife can be loud, but this is helped some by being on the 7th floor. Everything you need is within walking distance of the hotel/resort. The pictures don't really do the views justice. Truly a fun mix between tropical city and ocean beauty. We had 2 adults and 4 kids between the ages of 7-12. The second room was a lot smaller than it looks in the pictures; very tight for 4 kids, but we made it work. It was a good value for the cost and we were grateful to have a reserved parking spot in the parking garage.

From check in to check out Rosina is an excellent host. I would not hesitate to go back. The area was accessible to the beach, market and other interest. The view itself is amazing. The amenities that were provided was very hospitality.

Rosina’s apartments was spacious, comfortable, and had almost everything you could need for your stay in Waikiki. The included parking space is a massive $$$ saver as most hotels in the area charge $40 per day. Short walk to the beach as well.

What a great place to stay with your family. Accommodation is spacious and is well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Rosina was easy to contact when needed.
I would highly recommend this apartment to a family to stay. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday by the pool or beach and located between Ala Moana Shopping centre and the heart of Waikiki.

Me and my family stayed here for 7 nights, having the extra space was great with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a huge kitchen and living area.
Close to the Hilton lagoon which my kids love. It is a little walk to the centre of wiakiki which we knew, so often caught an uber which was only around $9.
Would definitely recommend this unit to other families.
Just note the washing machine and dryer is not in the unit they are shared machines on the level

We stayed two nights and the location was great for getting to Pearl Harbor and providing easy in and out access for a short stay. Parking was provided and that was convenient and much appreciated. Property was decorated so nicely and had everything we needed. Perfect for two couples with bedrooms on opposite sides. Thanks Rosina.

This is a very nice property. Great location, well maintained, and a good value. The manager is very prompt in answering questions and easy to work with. The on-site parking that is provided was so convenient and, those who have stayed in Waikiki before will recognize its value. Great views from the two balconies and easy access to the pools and beach. We would definitely stay here again.

This apartment was perfect. We had 6 adults/teens and were all comfortably slept without issue.
It was great having use of a kitchen and also 2 bathrooms.
The apartment was clean and with good amenities.
The location was perfect. Close to beach and walking distance to all main shopping areas.

Property was very clean and nice. It is located in a great area with access to the lagoon. The balconies offer great views and an area to enjoy the evening breeze.

We stayed here for a week this summer and it was amazing! We had 6 people and it was very comfortable. The condo is exactly as advertised. Its conveniently located to a lot of amenities which we also enjoyed. I would highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again!

Right next to a Hilton in Hawaiian Village, with the iconic view of lagoon, and the ocean. This condo’s balcony is a perfect place for a morning coffee. Highly recommend staying in this unit. Thank you, Ms. Ho, for allowing us to stay at your wonderful place.

We had a nice stay in Waikiki. Traveling were my Father and Mother in law, my wife and my two teenage kids. We enjoyed watching the surfers from the lanai as there was a decent south swell that would show up occasionally. The Ilikai is a great launching point for anything in Waikiki, the North shore and Pearl Harbor. There is a market onsite that had the essentials, a good ice cream shop, a nice poke place and a few other restaurants that we did not try. The unit was in a nice location and was in the shade the entire time of our stay in the middle of June.

Clean property with excellent quality for an Illikai residence. Views and balconies both sides. 3 TV’s and 3 large bedrooms. Check in easy no problem at all

The property was in an older condo building that was both a hotel and residences, which I didn't expect. The location was good though, close to the beach and walking distance from a lot of shops.
There were a few things that would make me rate this property lower despite the above:
- While the unit seems to have been renovated, it felt very old (e.g., the dust vents were filthy, balcony rusted, etc.)
- The place felt so cluttered with too much furniture, it's a small unit so lots of unnecessary furniture made it tough to move around, especially with unpacking suitcases
- Pest control entered the property without telling us and we got a notice left on the counter -- seems like a planned building thing but then shouldn't the owner have told us? We had 2 napping kids, so it threw us off.
Overall, I would skip -- there are a ton of more modern places in the area that would have felt more clean and a better experience. Definitely one of the more disappointing extended stays we've had.

Well before our stay, Rosina made arrangements to accommodate our early arrival into Honolulu, which made life so much easier for us. The apartment is just as pictured - big, bright and in a fantastic location. We were delighted to find we could walk to Waikiki beach in a matter of minutes. The shops and cafes downstairs in the hotel are great too. I highly recommend booking Rosina's beautiful accommodation.

My husband and I have been coming to the island for a few years now and have our own "favorite spot" where we stay but its too small to share. This year we wanted to bring our adult kids and their significant others. This was the perfect place! Each couple had their own room and bathroom while also having plenty of shared space to hang out as well as a wonderful kitchen to prepare meals in. There were some issues with the air conditioning but the property manager came as soon as she heard to assess and fix the issue. Wonderful place, definitely would recommend!

We spent three nights here with our family of 5. The place was well stocked and great decorations//design. Our host was very helpful and great communication. The location was great for getting to many places in the Waikiki area and we had a gorgeous view. We would love to come back.

My wife and I booked this to celebrate her 60th Birthday. Our 3 adult children and one of their girlfriends joined us for most of our stay. Rosina left us chocolate covered strawberries in the frig when she learned we were there celebrating a BD. A very classy gesture! Thanks Rosina! The unit was clean. The view was great. The kitchen was set up well and stocked well. Rosina responded quickly whenever we had a question. The check in process was easy. I would definitely rent this unit again. Highly recommended.
