Good location, close to the beach and our conference centre. Great kitchen facilities and aircon. Good bathrooms and bedrooms. Nice balcony and great pool. Location was secure based on locked gate and multiple doors to enter.

Cracked glass on one of the balcony panels, not dangerous but still unexpected. Short power-cut on last day, we worked out how to reset the fuse eventually.

Absolutely everything. This is the only time in my life when I rejected to live in the property when checking in. Flat is dirty. You can clearly see that it wasn't cleaned after previous people who stayed there. Balcony door doesn't close and flat is located not in the safest area of Barcelona. Many things are broken.... Tenant is rejecting to help with all issues. At all.

Modern, spacious apartment. Convenient for ring road and trams. Free on-street parking (subject to availability). Fully accessible (lift to apartment and no steps within apartment).

Not clean. Poorly maintained (broken and missing parts in kitchen, broken and missing trim and skirting boards). Balcony unusable due to broken glass panel. Noisy location.

Got my keys at arrival and the place was just as we expected, very nice and all the amenities as listed were provided

It would have been good to know the swimming pool was out of action. ( it was being renovated)

The location was good and the apartment well equipped.

We have booked this apartment because of the pool. Nevertheless the maintenance guy came after 2 days in order to get the pool empty. We were not able to go to the pool again.
