The house is cute buy beauty is skin deep.

There were rotten boards on the deck, I fell through and injured myself. I tore the cartilage in my hip. When I called the property manager to inform her she was snarky and said "You're kidding right?" When informed that there was a rug covering rotten boards she denied the existence of the rug. I sent pictures. The tub had a hole in it that was patched with caulk instead of being properly fixed. I stepped on it after falling through the deck and thought I was going to fall through the tub. The floor in front of one of the bedroom doors dips down suggesting there is a structural problem and in one corner of the bathroom the ceiling was starting to come down. We had to cancel our trip and return home because of this. It is my opinion that this house should not be leased. On top of all of this, I am getting a run around trying to get the property owners insurance to pay for my medical expenses. Asked for a refund and that was ignored as well. Not happy!!!

The property was nice and had all that we were looking for. It was up to date and comfortable for a family of four. I liked the security of the alarm system.

The kitchen and bathroom floors were swept but not washed. The rest of the house was clean. My husband slept in master bedroom and woke up with several bites on his arms and legs. We are not sure what bit him-bed bugs, mosquitos?? Called owner, and she had no answer for the bites.

Beautiful home and perfect beach/casino location. Close to the softball fields too. Neighborhood was friendly. Loved the front porch swing and the Gulf breeze.

Beds and pillows hard and flat. Front door code didn’t work even after calling owner.
