BED BUGS! Stay away from this hotel unless you enjoy being bitten by bed bugs and having the front desk staff offer lit

BED BUGS ….yes BED BUGS! This property had wonderful reviews and was also the highest priced hotel in the area for my arrival to Gulfport ($245 for one night). Checked in after a long day of flights around midnight and by 2am I had to checkout because of being bitten by bed bugs!!! The front desk clerk seemed un phased by this and simply offered another room!!! I contacted booking.com immediately and they contacted the property. I am still waiting for a refund for the terrible ordeal.

Location and cleanliness of the hotel was great

Hotel was located next to the highway which was great. Premium Outlet mall was across the street. Wal-mart was down the street. Airport was 5 minutes down the road. Breakfast was good. Enough variety to choose from

We enjoyed our stay!

I enjoyed the kitchen staff, the rooms the pool and hot tub.

The manager was not nice, the staff was very nice. The ac didn’t work in the indoor pool room. The carpet needs to be shampooed my feet was black from my room when taking my shower and going to get in the bed I would have to get a washcloth and we would have to clean our feet.

Everything was great, we ate breakfast in the dining room Sunday morning 7/16/23 and it was about 20 of us and the staff was AWESOME and the food was great, please give them a BIG THANKS for the great hospitality

very clean, and for the price had many accommodations: microwave, refrigerator,coffee machine, restaurant, bar, seating in lobby for visiting, indoor pool and gym. great place we really enjoyed our stay there.

Hotel was good. Never pay for breakfast through Booking.com can’t get a refund at hotel.

Paid for breakfast through Bookin.com and not able to eat due to inadequate staffing to meet the service demand of customers and the hotel would not give me my money back.

The room were fairly clean

I was inconvenienced and they could not do anything for me because I booked through 3rd party. I will never do that again. My rate was $40 higher for the second night on the same booking, This was astounding!

Location is wonderful access to everything mall, stores, gas, beaches, casinos, food places. I love the non smoking element to the room. I did enjoy the breakfast next time I will try dinner
