We walked into an experience not just some where to stay. The condo is breathtaking. Luxury and comfort rolled into in. We were shocked with a bonus golf cart, bikes and some floats. The owner is gracious and easy to get ahold of. If we ever come back we will look for his properties again. I miss those great pillows!

I can't say enough about how great this condo is. this was our fifth time visiting Palm Desert and also our fifth time staying at Desert Falls golf resort. We have a different condo that we always stay in but it wasn't available for the dates that we wanted so we decided to try a different one. I'm sure glad we did. This condo is exactly as advertised. Two sofas meant that each of us could lay down and relax to watch TV. The appliances are all very upscale/modern. We had to work while we were there and the Wi-Fi was great. The cable TV is terrific, all the channels you could ever want including smart TV streaming for applications like Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. Ceiling fans in all the rooms. One of my favorite features were the charging stations next to each side of all the beds in the bedrooms . Regular electric outlets and USB charging stations. The kitchen has a regular coffee maker and a Keurig, plus an electric tea pot. Plenty of outdoor patio furniture for relaxing and eating meals. The pool is LITERALLY a couple of steps from the back patio door - and I mean barely a couple of steps. The furniture is all upscale and well-kept. The air conditioning worked wonderfully. Drew kept in touch from booking to check out making sure that our stay was pleasant and that we had everything we needed. Check in process was super easy. I already told Drew that we are planning our next visit to Palm Desert and we will absolutely want to use this condo again in the future.

Every amenity you could ask for was provided at this lovely Golf Course Condo in Palm Desert. We especially loved the Ninja blender in the kitchen for our morning smoothies. It was a hot 120 degree week during our stay, but the Condo a/c kept us very comfortable at 74 degrees during the day. We enjoyed streaming current movies on the living room tv. The only item needing attention is the fridge icemaker wasn't working but there were two ice cube trays that we used while there. Unit was immaculate. We vacuumed the carpets before check-out and recommended the property owner replace the current vacuum as it didn't work very well. When I notified him of the broken ice maker he said he would send over bags of ice but we were okay with the ice cube trays. Everything was very clean and nice for our stay.

We had a lovely stay at Desert Hills Golf Resort but unfortunately the unit above us was being remodelled and it was rather noisy

A very clean, comfortable, relaxing stay with several perks that we wished we could have had the time to use more! We used the pool and hot tub just out the back patio a couple times, but many more pools and hot tubs, and tennis courts and pickle ball courts we were ready to use, but ran short of time! I will definitely look to stay again! Thank you Drew for being such a great host!!

Drew the property manager was outstanding. He checked in with us to make sure everything was good The condo is 50 feet from the pool. The condo has everything you need to make it a home away from home. We’ll definitely be returning. Thank You Drew

Quiet, clean, well stocked and nicely furnished and decorated sum it up for me. Drew was concientious about communicating with us throughout the process. The place was sparkling clean upon our arrival on a scale I'd expect from a 5 star hostelery. Kitchen was lacking nothing and we appreciated service for six when we entertained two couples for dinner one night. Lovely accomodations at a bargain price, highly recommend it to others.

We had some initial issues with the VRBO website but once we got that resolved, the remainder of the process went very smoothly. The property was very clean and well maintained and situated very well which allowed us easy access to all of the locations we were interested in visiting. Drew was very responsive and helpful in making our stay one we will remember as one of our best.

Our stay here was perfect. The house was exactly what we were expecting for a Coachella weekend, if not more. Drew was the best host. He was in constant communication with us and even got us a package of water for the weekend. 5/5 stars.

Our group had a great stay at Drew's place! Everything was as expected from the VRBO listing and photos. Drew was very considerate and accommodating -- he made sure the lights were on and the sofa beds were made, as our group arrived late at night. He also allowed us a late checkout, as we had a late flight departing as well. Drew checked in regularly via text to make sure we had everything we needed.
For festival goers, the location is close for both driving and shuttle riders. There are also lots of mirrors which are great for getting ready!

My family of 6 all piled into this condo with plenty of room to spare. The condo itself was wonderful and stocked with everything we needed (olive oil, coffee, etc). The place also came with a nice golf cart which was fun driving around with my oldest.
The only issues were: 1. The pool and hot tub were not heated. There are 32 some pools and only a few are heated and ours wasn't one of them. 2. The fire alarm is right next to the kitchen and seemed to go off with basic cooking.
Aside from that, the place was great. Drew was extremely responsive as a host and we had clear directions how to check in. We'd be happy to go back to this place the next time we're in Palm Desert.

Great, secure location, very private, right next to a pool but still private. Furnishings are all good and everything you need. There is an office set up in the second bedroom that was very handy. Only 2 minor deficiencies were that the pool and hot tub closest to our unit was not heated, (although we were able to locate one across the street that was) and we had considered having 2 other adult friends share with us but the second bedroom is 2 single beds as where a queen or king would have been better for our purposes.

Easy check-in. Clean as a whistle! which is the ultimate indicator of how the trip will go for me. Excellent location, beds were freshly made and comfortable.
The pool is just a few steps away and the sunny patio was a treat. Drew was a great communicator and made the entire rental experience smooth.

Condo is exactly as described in the pictures. Location of condo is in a quiet cul-de-sac close to restaurants, golfing and shopping. Highly recommended!

Property was wonderful for our first stay in Palm Dessert. The proximity to the pool and lovely green space that surrounds the property were much enjoyed. Drew was very attentive. We enjoyed the bikes that were there for our use. We will definitely return.

The townhouse was steps from a large pool and jacuzzi. It was well furnished with comfy furniture and great separation from 2 bedrooms and living room. So clean , with everything we needed. Manager was great, checked in proactively and really seemed to care about our stay.

Everything was perfect on our arrival. Condo is close to many fine restaurants and beautiful golf course. Swimming pool and hot tub are just steps away from your patio. Drew Hopkins completely had everything ready for us. Would stay here again.

This property was an amazing location for Coachella Shuttles with either a 20 minute walk or a 6 minute drive. This property was so clean upon arrival and the host was amazing at communication and answered any question we had in minutes. He made the stressful times of finding good housing for Coachella so easy and stress free. I will 100% be trying to get this property in the future and work with Drew again.
