Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your home. You have made our thanksgiving with our college son very memorable and amazing. We weren’t sure on what to do when he said he was not able to come home for Thanksgiving…so we searched for a place that would be convenient to him and his school and your place was it! My family came to spend time with us and he invited some of his friends who were not able to make it home to spend Thanksgiving with us. They were grateful and excited to be with “family”. I would love to stay at your place again should we need to if our son isn’t able to come home for the holidays. Thank you again! 😊

This was a wonderful home to stay in. There were planty of lounging areas inside and outside the house. I personally loved the hammock outside. The house itself is located in a beautiful neighborhood and near a lovely park. If you're looking for a place to relax, this is a great place to do it.

This house is perfect for a group of friends to let loose and have fun. Never drove more than 20 minutes to get anywhere in Reno. Loved it, would totally stay here again!

Utilized this home during our stay for the 2023 USBC Open Championships with a total guest count of 6. The home offered great access to the National Bowling Stadium, less than 10 minute drive, while providing a peaceful respite from the casinos of downtown Reno. The backyard pool was clean and beautiful and the hot tub was great for hydrotherapy after hours of bowling. Proximity to a newly remodeled grocery store provided quick access for meal preparation. The home is spacious with multiple spaces for communing but the bedrooms provided privacy when desired. 10/10 would recommend! The hostess was responsive via the app and text messaging, even coming to change the battery in the keyless entry when alerted that it was needed. Book your stay at the Barefoot Inn and you will not be disappointed. Our crew is looking forward to our return trip in 2026 for the USBC Open Championships.

Everything about the house was great! The location was unbeatable.. So close to downtown, but in a nice quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of room for all of us and the backyard was awesome! Michelle was great and responded to any questions we had very quickly. We would absolutely love to stay here again!!

House has some age on it and could use some cosmetic work, but this did not detract from our enjoyment staying there. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, Giant TV and comfortable couches in the back room, beds were very comfortable, and a wonderful hot tub out back. It was a little too cool to use the pool. Neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Would love to stay there again should we be out that way.

Clean, Neat, well stocked, except could use a potato peeler and/or a paring knife. Beds were on the hard side but got accustomed to them and slept fine. Hot tub was fantastic.

The beds were comfortable, the owners were amazing to deal with (even when we had issues with weather, and needed to extend our stay!). The place is very well stocked with cooking items (even a small amount of spices etc.) every thing you need to make a meal and enjoy time in! Will definitly be staying again.

The place is close to all the good stuff in Reno. It is also only about 40 minutes from Northstar and Heavenly. The hot tub was great when Reno was full of snow. The house was very spacious. The kitchen is great if you plan on cooking as it is a very large space.

Great place for family get together. Lots of kitchen space for Thanksgiving cooking. Close to downtown casinos. Spacious lower level for my disabled mother in law.

The house and pool were a lot of fun. The hot tub was a tad dirty (which we tried to clean) but otherwise there is plenty of amenities too keep you busy. The parking out front is at a premium but there is plenty of room in the driveway for three vehicles.

Great location for getting around town. Amenities close by. Pool was very nice when it was 100° outside! Room for everyone, no issues.

I have employees that travel for work constantly. They really appreciated these accommodations and the pool was a huge bonus at the end of the work day.

This property was clean, plenty of kitchen utensils, towels etc. We spent most of the time outdoors enjoying the pool Check in as a little confusing as the instructions stated where the key was located however there was not any keys in the box. A call to Michelle was quickly returned and we were able to gain access.
We were there for a combat helicopter reunion and the property was close by to Sparks.
We really enjoyed our stay and thank you Michelle for making your wonderful property available.....:)

Very large house with lots of space and great back yard. Michelle is amazing … she was very timely in her responses and she was so helpful with accommodating changes. We can’t wait to return!!

Perfect Location
We had a wonderful time! The property was beautiful and well taken care of. It was amazing to have a pool during our 90 degree days! It was great to be able to travel with our pets and the pups loved the back fenced in area. And what a perfect location, close to everything and and easy jump in the highway to travel back and forth. Thank you so much for everything! We had a wonderful time!!

Michelle, the host, was easy to reach and available. The home was as pictured on the website and clean. Plenty of space for family. We would love to be here in the summer to be able to enjoy the pool as well. We ended up staying an extra two days due to a snowstorm and our flight being canceled. Again, Michelle was phenomenal with our request. I have rented VRBO properties for years and I will say this is one of the nicest. It is so close to everything with still being able to have day trips to Virginia city, Minden, Lake Tahoe, Truckee as well as casinos and things to do right in Reno.
