Sweet and simple check in my reservation was ready when I arrived and the customer friendly staff. A+
Everything was great I did find a juice bottle on the side of my bed I’m guessing house keeping missed it but my stay was over all excellent

Unfortunately we were only in Roanoke one night before heading to Florida. The room was immaculate and very comfy. We did ask for a late check out and were awakened to tell us it was okay. We had gotten in late the night before and I was in a deep sleep when the phone rang. Other than that, it is a lovely hotel and remarkably clean!

The hotel felt clean and modern. The desk person was very helpful and kind. The room was spacious and well lit with blackout shapes for sleeping in.
For the price, it could have been closer to downtown by foot.

VERY clean!!! Immaculate! Beds were very comfortable and so were the sheets. Nice size room.
The pull out sofa bed was slightly uncomfortable but not many sofa beds are.

Only one elevator. We had to unplug the refrigerator because of the noise.

The surrounding area looked like a kind of industrial environment within walk distance from the hotel. Not an issue to stop for the night, however.

The bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. There were hairs left in shower.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was close to downtown and less than a mile from I-581. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of items. They kept the area clean and neat, and made sure that the food was replenished as it got low. No complaints at all and will definitely stay here again. A great value!

We didn't stay for breakfast, but the room was expectational, it was clean and the beds were comfy we didn't want to get out of them. I also appreciate the safety measures they use for their guest.

The man at the front desk was great. I left a gift at the desk while checking in and he called the room asking if I wanted him to bring it up. Very sweet. I also liked that you have to scan the room key in the elevator. The bed was so comfy. I liked everything.
