Property was and clean and accessible to stores and the beach.

The only thing that was a problem with property were the locks on entryway door. Didn’t work half of the time. So we were not able to get back in without calling administrators every single time.

We loved being right on the beach. The beds were comfortable, more than enough pillows. We felt safe in the complex/condo we were in. Meaning- there wasn't a bunch of partying around us or shady people. In fact, the security guy that tells you kind of the best place to park and where to put your parking pass was super friendly with a great personality. He deserves a raise. There is a restaurant that has a great ocean view called Sea 'N Suds realllllllly close by. That was awesome. The Gulf State Park Pier was walking distance & met some really cool fishermen one evening. They let our girls look at the stingray they had accidentally caught before putting it back. There's a small grocery store almost directly across the street. They were obviously a little pricey compared to Wal-Mart...but convenient & had a little of everything. Our condo was also stocked with some really cute plates/cups/dishes. They also left us a couple packets of dishwasher soap and dish soap. As well as a super cute Vacasa portable little cooler pouch thing. Was super easy to put ice and some drinks in to take down to the beach without using a huge cooler. Check out is at 10am, don't be late getting out.

The condo certainly could have been a lot cleaner. Just a lot of general things were dirty. Such as walls/door handles/floor needed swept under things- mainly by the walls. In the pictures, it's shown like one of the bedrooms has a window that you can see the beach/oceanview. While the window wasn't huge (not complaining about that), there was a bed right in front of the window, with the tall headboard covering the whole window. The living room area is shown in pictures that there are two larger windows facing the ocean. One whole window is so covered in grime that you couldn't see out of it what so ever, except daytime/nightime. I turned on the shower- the shower head flew off and hit me in the head. Not exaggerating. We knew going in that there wasnt a washer & dryer in the condo. Totally fine. BUT, the machine to get change took my dollar. I know, it's just a dollar. Called the number listed by the change machine to let someone know & was redirected to call 3 other numbers before it was the correct person to leave a voicemail for. I found that just a little excessive and a waste of time. None of these things ruined our experience. It was still enjoyable.

Bedrooms needs fans to help with the airflow of the rooms. Thanks
