It had a great view, very clean, easy to get in and out of. It was right next to the beach so couldn’t really ask for more.

I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like about the property. Would definitely stay there again for my next vacation.

The ease to get on the beach, location and the size of the apartment.

The apartment needs a better housekeeper. The shower had mold, the cooffee maker/pot seems like it had not been cleaned in awhile, one of the handles on the balcony doors was broken so i was unable use the door.

I was told there was overflow parking across the street. There is some maintenance going on. Read this and initial and sign and give to security guard at you condo. There was NO security guard, no nobody, no help or direction of any kind. The overflow parking was THE PARKING. If you went up the parking deck, you would have to back down because the maintenance people did not leave a way to circle the parking deck nor a place to stop and unload your car. So, by the time we parked in the overflow parking, crossed five lanes of traffic with our luggage, groceries for the week, and beach chairs, we were wishing we had stayed somewhere else! Oh and the office staff just kept saying "what else can I do to help you?" Else? You haven't helped me at all. I had to figure it out for myself.
