Outstanding house in ideal location!!!! Convenient to UTHSC and restaurants and walks to Overton Park. The home was just like pictures but even better! Super clean, well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, storage galore and super comfy beds, as well as easy and plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street. The owner was super friendly and quick to respond- even stopped by to say hello. Wish we could stay here again in May but not surprisingly they are already booked.

We had a great time. Went to Memphis for a wedding. We had three couples stay together. The house was comfortable and everyone had a king and their own bathroom.

This home was perfect for our weekend stay! We had 8 people in total staying with us, including a 6 month old baby. At no point did we ever feel like we did not have enough space. The baby even had her own space and accommodations that were available at the home already. The house itself was so beautiful and cozy, we even enjoyed some sun in the backyard. We couldn’t get over the interior design. The home was very clean and beds were so comfy that we had to take pictures of the pillows to order some of our own! It’s very conventionally located and in a nice area. All appliances were readily available and easy to use. Thank you for hosting for us!

We were in Memphis for our son's wedding. The stress of a wedding, and all that goes into it, goes without saying. It was nice to know this property was stress free. It was spacious for the nine of us, clean and in a good location, close to restaurants and the highway. There is a small park across the street which was convenient. The only downside was it was close to some train tracks that were noisy at night. Overall a very good experience.

We had such a great time staying at the house! It was spacious and the kitchen was up-to-date with all the appliances that it made making dinner fun! Host was responsive and very pleasant. Will for sure try to stay here again in the future!

My friends and I stayed at the property this weekend and loved every inch of this house. Was absolutely gorgeous and conveniently located just a $10 Uber ride to Beale Street. We will definitely be back!

This beautiful home is so comfortable and perfectly prepared for your visit. Everything was so clean and comfortable! Well, maybe not the living room furniture but the beds were perfect! Thank you for your attention to detail!

Our experience was perfect! I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. We had everything we needed and the few additions in the home really helped too (coffee pods, creamer, etc).

This place was perfect! I could drive anywhere in the city quickly - I could walk out the front door and make my way to a brewery, bbq joint or cup of coffee - I wouldn't change a thing about it!

Wow - this house is amazing! Spacious and beautiful; a perfect spot for us to spend a few days in Memphis. Stewart was great to work with - we had a few questions after arrival and he was so quick to get back to us and help. I would definitely stay here again!

First, the Mid-town locations was great for the sights we had planned. and more. Second, with recommendations, from our host Stuart, the Mid-town area itself was loaded with many reasonably priced local dining options and also a grocery (Krogers) was nearby. The HIgbee House was spacious, (especially the cooking area) immaculately kept and comfortable. There was some cooking oil and S&P so bring any spices you use for cooking. We will definately rebook the Higbee House on our next Southern Family outing in Memphis.

A great place… it was superb and absolutely met and exceeded our expectations. The house was extremely clean and neat and very well supplied. Tastefully decorated. Would not hesitate to highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. A five star Plus property in all respects!

I can confirm the other online reviews that the property is roomy, clean, updated and an excellent choice for your vacation. About a 10-15 minute drive to the downtown attractions. Couple block walk to tap rooms, cocktail lounges and great BBQ and fried chicken. There is a park across the street if you have small children.

The higbe house was very warm and welcoming. There's an alarm system that the owner gave us access to so that we could feel extra safe during our stay. the pictures don't do this home justice, you HAVE to see it in person. Bedrooms, bathrooms, and THE KITCHEN! All 5 stars! Would definitely stay here again if given the chance.
