Mona and her team at Beachtime were great. Mona was super responsive - even during the holidays (thank you!!!) - and very easy to work with. Would recommend staying here or at another Beachtime property!

We booked the house because we really wanted to use the hot tub. Unfortunately, it worked some of the time so that was a bummer. Talking through a property manager instead of directly with the owner was difficult too, especially since our stay was over a holiday and the business was closed. The house was in a great location, clean and very cute. We loved the outdoor area and used it every night as a family.

Beautiful home. Separate cottage isn't totally clear. The kitchen in that space isn't up to the standard of the rest of the house.

Steps to the white sand beach. Very quiet area at the end of Clearwater beach. The lanai was our favorite place to hang out at night, sipping adult beverages and binge watching TV. I would definitely recommend!!

Family was able to go to beach during the day as well as every sunset. The home was clean, furnished nicely and had a well stocked kitchen, some small toys and plenty of towels. My son and Family used bungalow (children 6 and 8). My daughter and Family(2 year old) used the queen bedroom, hall bathroom and small bedroom. Grandma and Grandpa used the Master with ki g size bed and adjoining bath. The outside of this home is spectacular! Plenty of nice seating, a saltwater pool with adjoining tub area. The pool has about a 6' area with shallow water for the 2 year old. The deep end went to about 6'. Covered patio area had mini fridge, ice maker, gas grill, sink large television. We enjoyed during day and evening. In addition to bragging on this home, I can brag on Beachtime Rentals. Staff us so nice, always answer texts and questions quickly. They responded very quickly to an issue we had upon arrival. I would highly recommend this home and Company.

The entire property was clean and organized throughout. There were also plenty of clean bath towels and pool towels for all to use. The amenities were very much appreciated by all; From the pool, to the hot tub, to the grilling/lounge area, to the convenient location from the beautiful white sands of the beach (approximately 100 steps away in a less-crowded section of beach;) this location is great. It was such a relaxing atmosphere where everyone in our family enjoyed themselves.
There are two Publix food markets conveniently located, as well as a Target for any last minute items (beach chairs were needed.)
Our Favorite local restaurants included Frenchy’s (there are four locations,) the Island Way Grill, Spotted Donkey Cantina, and (our most favorite) Cesare’s At The Beach Italian restaurant (I enjoyed the lasagna which was a close second to my mom’s...... that means a lot!)
We were also able to walk to the center of the fun at the Pier (approximately 1.5 miles.) The sunsets were also gorgeous!
This was a last minute location switch from a previous rental property by our rental agent (approximately one week prior to arrival.) We appreciate our rental agent working to find this available property. We also want to acknowledge the owners of this property for accommodating us with such short notice; we truly do appreciate it.
This was a celebration trip for our youngest daughter’s high school graduation; it did not disappoint.
