False advertising of $69 for 1night which quickly turned into $130 then when I forgot to mention that me and the wife would have a guest of our baby and it says pet friendly but that means $20 per pet fee at least the baby was only an extra $10...FFS now we at $180 Then comes the $500 deposit that maybe they'll give you back as long as you didn't fart too loud

1, Bad Communications. 2, High deposit, 3, Extra cleaning cost. Daily paid $50+ normal cleaning fee, does any one think leave the place like this should be charged extra cleaning fee?

Amazing view of the city!!! Very convenient location and within a walking distance from all the places we wanted to visit.

Simply Comfort collected my personal information such as a copy of a picture ID (age/date of birth), and a selfie with the ID, in addition to a damage deposit which was paid with a credit card issued by a Financial Institution, which presumably verified my identity when approved the credit card application. The company treats you like a suspect which I do not appreciate and I find it very offensive and excessive.

They didn’t give enough information. They said to leave the keys on the table but you couldn’t get your car out without the key.

The people were unresponsive. After organizing a time to meet for check-in nobody showed up. When I finally got somebody on the phone who spoke English at a communicative level (about 20-30 min), he demanded I pay them more money before I could check-in. When I said I wanted to cancel, because it felt like a scam and I had no more patience to wait, they told me I would get my money back, this was a lie.
