When I was booked at price 610rs including taxes it cost me around 750rs. But hotel staff was taken nearly 950rs. And there is no cleanness cockroaches are also guests in rooms

Arrive at night with family and the hotel guy informed due to some problem they are shifting the location and shifted to another location... I need to pay the transportation to the new location, once reach there found its a old lodge with dirty room... Had a pathetic experience with oyo71957 hotel...

Too worst condition. Never come here with your family. Further, I had booked the ac rooms and the house keeping personnel keeps on switching off the ac mains. Further you can see lot of cockroaches.

Booking.com/Oyo & Hotel people charges higher amount. I have checked in hotel for 2days and i have paid Cash of Rs.1500/- at Reception Hotel. After check inn also Booking.Com/Oyo charged me extra amount of Rs.670/- as no show.
I have contacted customer care through Phone Banking and mail, but there is no response for my no-show amount of Rs.670/- which is debited from my credit card.
