We came in town for JPM healthcare conference want to stay in the financial district. This was perfect for us it was very spacious it was clean. While it was just us adults this would be a great option for a family people with 1-2 small kids because there is so much space. Presidio is my favorite area in San Francisco so I was grateful to be in the area. Lots of great places to eat. Will definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful holiday with our family (who live in the area) and enjoyed the location/character of this property. There are many great restaurants just around the corner in a friendly and pretty area. The property is open and great for all family gatherings.

Thank you for sharing your property with us. We enjoyed it so much. It was close to everything, had all the most important things like towels, toiletries, coffee, creamer, sugar, common spices and oatmeal (fantastic since we got in so late and didn’t get a layover or an opportunity to get snacks or food)

Lovely property with easy access to the city. Having the garage was very helpful. Very clean and had lots of little extras that we didn't think we needed. It's quick walk to shops and local restaurants too. Nice to get away from the high tourist area after a long day of exploring.
All the beds were very comfortable and a very good shower. We didn't use the kitchen except for some coffee in the morning but it looked well equipped.

Very easy entry and exit. All keyless and worked great. Hottest days of the year, but lots of windows that open easily and have screens. Plus blinds and drapes and fan, made it very comfortable. When it turned cool, they had heating fans. Coffee, paper products, dish washing pods and laundry detergent were plentiful. As was soap, lotions, shampoos, conditioners, and tissues. It was great!

Enjoyed a nice get away from the Phoenix heat for 5 days. This property is at a great location with walking options to many great restaurants and down to the beach overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge. Property was very clean and exactly as advertised and priced well. Very close by bus to fisherman wharf. Loved the fact there is parking spot in garage. Family all had a blast!

We had a fantastic stay at this property in the Richmond District. The neighborhood is wonderful, very dog and kid friendly. It was convenient to get around and do everything we wanted downtown too! We didn’t expect it flawlessly clean given the age of the buildings and we had to get a couple of additional things for cooking. But overall we would happily stay here again!

My family and I have stayed many, many times in SF and in many different neighborhoods. This apartment is by far, the best. The Richmond neighborhood is welcoming, safe and full of walkable options for restaurants, shopping, museums and city views. We were extremely close to everything without being submerged in city life. Walked thru the Presidio to see views of the Golden Gate Bridge, we strolled thru the Legion of Honor museum on a whim because it was so close by, we enjoyed easy, quick access to Golden Gate Park. I felt comfortable with my late teen daughters cruising the neighborhood alone.
The apartment is very roomy, extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, the furniture is comfortable after a long day on the town and reading by the street side window allows for inclusion in the neighborhood without actively being in the fray. We felt like we had total privacy. The check in process was seamless as was the communication with the host.
It is our plan to visit the city again soon and this apartment will be our goal booking. It was really like a home away from home in SF.

This is a lovely property. Excellent amenities. Wonderful host and co-host! For us, it was the perfect location. Close to the Presidio and beaches. Excellent restaurants, not far away. Bonus plus a parking garage! Something hard to find in the city I highly recommend it if it’s what you need.

We enjoyed Edmund's lovely home (with garage access!) on quiet street, close to public transportation. All linens were provided, and coffee/tea was available plus a few staples. Thank you for all the quick responses to messages. Access was easy and safe.

This was a first stop on our California trip. Found it easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go. Good safe location. The living room furniture wasn’t very comfortable for a family of 4 but beds were comfy and kitchen had everything we needed.

We recently stayed here and it was the perfect house for our family! The beds were so comfortable, and plenty of extra linens provided. I really appreciated how things were labeled throughout the house so I didn’t have to spend time searching. And the bottle of wine and k-cups were awesome!!! We traveled with our kids so we didn’t want to stay in the heart of downtown. This location was perfect. It felt safe and the area was friendly and convenient - a market and bus stop just steps from the door. We could easily get downtown and spend the day doing all the touristy things. It was also awesome to have use of the garage! We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was excellent. It was near quite a few restaurants that were enjoyable. Enough room for the 5 of us. We were close to the De Young Museum which is why we chose this home.

Our family of 5 - 3 grown up children - spend 2 weeks Christmas Holiday in this cozy, warm and welcoming flat. We enjoyed our stay very much, especially the many amenities, that made arriving and staying here very relaxing: towels were provided, shampoo, conditioner as well as coffee pads. Similar to a stay in a hotel!
Because of our long stay, a complete cleaning of the appartement was provided free of extra-charge.
It was not a problem at all, but it would have been helpful to know in advance, that there is another flat above, so you hear people from above and the nearby school. Both information were provided on ground.

The home was beautiful, cozy, yet had plenty of room. All the comforts of home! We loved the location. So close to so many places on California, Clement and Geary.

The apartment is beautiful, well appointed, extremely comfortable, and perfectly located. My family with young kids felt at home. We loved being able to walk everywhere- to delicious restaurants, the beach, and local playgrounds. We loved our stay in this spacious apartment in San Francisco. The neighborhood was very nice, residential and friendly. We were so close to the Presidio and were able to do some long and beautiful walks with our dogs in the park and to the beaches nearby. The house was a short drive/uber ride to other parts of the city and tourist areas. We were comfortable and especially appreciated the garage access for our car. The host Edmund was in constant communication and very helpful during the trip planning process. We would love to come back and stay again.

Our family of five had a terrific stay at Edmunds - It was a cinch to communicate with Edmund, who was extremely responsive and helpful and made the whole check in process easy and smooth. The apartment itself was perfect for our 3 night stay, with well appointed sleeping spaces, 1.5 bathrooms (we appreciated the special sink in one bathroom that minimizes water waste), a comfy living and dining area and complete kitchen/laundry facilities. The garage was a great asset in a city where parking can be a challenge! Overall, an immaculate and very comfortable stay, with nice touches such as wine and chocolate on arrival, as well as a nice tea and coffee selection. We also loved the neighborhood, with cute cafes and restaurants, public transit nearby (though we didn't use it) - for us, the proximity to the Lands' End Trail, Baker Beach, Golden Gate Park and the Golden Gate Bridge itself (a day trip to Muir and Stinson felt close by) was also a huge plus, and we also enjoyed walking on the Great Highway. We would definitely return to Edmunds' if the opportunity arose!

A wonderful Week in San Francisco!
This apartment was perfect!! The location is in a great walkable neighborhood with lots of restaurant choices, super markets, and other shops. We ate somewhere new, close to home, every night! The location was convenient for all the major attractions in San Fran! We were never more than 20 minutes from anything we had wanted to see.
The layout of the apartment worked well for my husband and I along with our two teenaged grandchildren. The master bedroom was great--comfortable and roomy. Each of the children had their own large rooms. Comfortable living room, dining room, and well equipped kitchen. Access to washer and dryer was a nice convenience.

Wonderful property!
This was the perfect place for our four day San Francisco weekend with our daughter and our two preteen grandchildren. The flat is absolutely beautiful, and it's in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with restaurants, delis, and little grocery stores within easy walking distance. The owner has done so many things to make the house comfortable and user-friendly for guests, and he was just a pleasure to deal with. We're already looking forward to our next San Francisco trip, and we will definitely be staying here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Central Richmond, made our visit to GG Park and GG Bridge super easy. The amenities in the house were great as well.

Spacious but cozy apartment in SF
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in San Francisco, and part of that was due to our nice accommodations at Edmund's apartment. The bed was very comfortable -- maybe even better than home. It was a true joy to have a garage to park in so we didn't have to worry about finding a spot on the street and parallel parking in a rental car.
Edmund left us very thoughtful goodies for the travel-weary, and his place was clean and comfortable with a great little deli one block down, and a grocery store right around the corner.
Thanks for excellent accommodations! We hope to visit again.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Home had everything we needed -- very clean and comfortable; nice amenities. Parking was a great bonus. Owner was attentive. Neighborhood is awesome.
