Nice large property overall with comfortable beds and furniture however the housekeeping standard really lets it down.

Cobwebs and cockroaches (alive and dead) found in numbers rooms. Outdoor patio areas and gardens around lockbox aren't well kept - overall expect higher given the price point.

location was great size of place was good for a family great outdoor area for kids to play and explore when the weather is good

the house has some issues and the service and communication was not good. the house is leaking badly making the upstairs damp. we tried to contact Bachcare but couldn’t get hold of anyone. we sent messages as well with no response. this made the upstairs unusable and we had to move the wifi routers as they were getting soaked. Not that this helped us use the wifi as there was no instructions on the access password. Instructions in general were poor. The address given for the property was the entire estate complex and not the house number. We had to check photos and drive down driveways to locate it. The lock box was where it was advised, but you had to go through vines to get to it. We weren’t told the complex gates would shut at a certain time, so after a lovely meal out we were stuck outside the security gates with no code. we check all correspondence and there was nothing about the gate code. so we rang the numbers given and there was no one to take our calls. we messaged through the app and no one responded. we had to wake up our parents who were baby sitting the kids to get in. we checked the folder when we got back and there was no Information about the access or the managers details, which according to Bachcare there was supposed to be. the house wasn’t well cleaned either. there was a chip packet in one of the downstairs room on the floor and a nappy (unused) in the master bedroom when we got there. the remotes were missing batteries, we couldn’t find the rubbish bags that were supposed to be supplied to put the rubbish out, so bought some for the next guests to use. there is an issue with an overflow of the septic tank round the side of the house, so we kept the kids away from there. If the accomodation had only been half the price it was, I wouldn’t be complaining so much, but at the price we paid I will be seeking some sort of refund for part of the stay.

Grounds and outside area a little unkept BBQ didn't work which was disappointing

The location was private and close to the town centre. Enjoyed wandering the olive tree grounds and the ample indoor space to relax. Nice views in all directions and it was quiet.

Arriving at the property to find a large fridge waiting to be unpacked on the front doorstep. It remained there during our entire stay. Lots of leaves upswept around the house and barbeque area. The garden was in serious need of a good watering with wilting plants evident, but this did not really detract from an enjoyable experience, more a matter of an expectation this should have been attended to given that the property is marketed as exclusive and high end.

We had a lovely stay here for my mums 70th. House is beautiful, great location, spacious, and hosts were friendly and ensured we had everything we needed. Absolutely recommend.
