The staff was kind and very helpful. It's about 7-10 minutes walk from the station, and it is located in a very quiet neighbourhood. The best value for money I have so far gotten in this trip.

The location was fine but not ideal (20 minutes from the city centre by public transport, 30 minutes walking)

I loved everything about this hotel, it's really stylish, with lots of lovely details, really spacious rooms, excellent coffee, good WiFi, in a quiet neighborhood about 15 minutes walk from the railway station, very helpful and friendly staff... everything was perfect, it's fantastic value for money. I wish I could give 11 points.

The location . The hotel is far from every thing and there is nothing in the neighborhood.

Large rooms, more like an apartment, also good for a family, modern, stylish, new. As in the pictures. Evening sun and view on the river was relaxing after an active day. Tram stations and convenience stores within a few minutes by foot. The area is safe. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

fantastic design, extremely spacious and looks like newly completed. Place is spotless, loved the heated bathroom. Highly recommended, it is walking distance to Hiroshima Station. We had a peaceful quiet stay without disturbance.

lift could only fit 2 persons plus 2 big luggage due to weight limit.

This was a lovely small hotel and you can see that the staff takes very nice care of the place. They were friendly upon check-in as well as whenever I ran across them throughout my stay. The room was absolutely lovely and the small details like an included multi-type phone charger in the room, high quality local pour over coffee packs and quality amenities really gave a feeling of class and luxury. It was a great stay and the price was absolutely perfect. At the price of my stay, I would have a hard time choosing any other hotel. It was a great deal. As said in Japan, the Cos-pa(cost performance) was top notch. If I can find a similar price at this hotel in the future, this will be the hotel I stay at whenever I come to Hiroshima.

It’s a beautiful accommodation with spacious rooms. Best room we had so far in Japan!

We had to wait for 4 hrs to be able to check in. Early check in was not possible as there was no one speaking English. We also had appointed the room next to the lobby, which is a very noicy place. We had to pay extra to get another room.

Such an amazing and nice hotel, would have loved to stay more than one night here. Room was new and clean and the staff was super friendly. Even though they struggled a bit with speaking English they tried so hard to have a conversation and make you feel at home.

I booked this hotel because it was quite close to the station. You have to walk a bit before you are in an area with restaurants etc.
