poor pedestrian access to the beach and within Palmilla Dunes, especially for small kids

no breakfast served to us if it was gratis, no one notified me

check in was horrible. we were in constant email contact with your staff, gave names of guests FOUR separate times - still no one had them on arrival. no one met us to check in. no one knew anything about it. Waited 45 min! No apology, wrong garage opener, no plugs in kitchen, no orientation info, no way to get to club except to walk through other folks back yard...

We booked using Booking.com and there was a miscommunication when we finally found the place no one was there to meet with us to give us the key. It took us over 1 hour to sort it out and get the key to our condo. we got into the condo; the room was dusty, and the cushions for the patio furniture were sitting in the living room. no hot water until I contacted the concierge.

Secure, gated community with amazing amenities.

Nothing it was great!

Loved the apartment, the community and all of the amenities -- clubhouse, bar, pool. It was close proximity to shops and restaurants. The location was perfect and close enough to the hotel district for a wedding we were attending.

The only minor thing we didn't like was the concierge was not as responsive at times as we would have liked but he got the job done!

The location is beautiful. The property is also equally beautiful. The staff and concierge is attentive and made our stay even more relaxing. They really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I reserved 3 villas for my group and the views from each one are breathtaking.

The property is still under construction which wasn’t a problem for us at all. It’s actually really quiet and everything is completely accessible.

The condo was beautiful, but it was surrounded by construction and it was loud. The kitchen didn’t even have oil or salt and pepper.

The concierge had us pay $50 a day for a golf cart, which ended having the breaks go out while my child was in the car. We had no other transportation and they couldn’t get us another car. I had to rent a car and it costed $700 for the week. It was such an expensive pain!

Sports classes are offered as part of the gym but are billed extra. The onsite food and drinks were a little more expensive than the other hotels and bars.
