The facility is clean, top class, and very comfortable. The service was excellent. They went above and beyond to cater for my needs. May God bless the staff.

I wish I had stayed longer than 1 day.

Breakfast was amazing. Kids loved the pool and there was a staff checking the chemical levels in the pool.

The temperature control in the room wasn't working g so it was hot in the room.

It was a nice surprise to have a complimentary upgrade to a suite!

The only thing that was slightly bothersome was that the chairs around the table were quite heavy and created a lot of noise when you moved them. So we tried to be respectful of the people in the room underneath us and not move them much.

The rep at the hotel who checked us out on Monday am refused our request of a receipt for what the (different) rep who checked us on the previous pm had charged us. Also, we were put in room 108 on the third floor below a heavy-footed person who kept us awake until the small hours, and recommenced at about 6-7 am. This after we had agreed to a room upgrade.
