Das Apartment war sauber

Leider ist das Mobiliar zum Teil abgenutzt und beschädigt. Das Apartment macht einen "runtergewohnten" Eindruck. Ein Sitzmöbel am Esstisch hatte eine defekte Armlehne, beide Nachtischlampen brannten entweder gar nicht oder nur in flackernder Beleuchtung. In einem der Schlafzimmer stand deutlich sichtbar noch der Wischmob....wohlfühlen geht irgendwie anders. Im Bad konnten man den Spiegelschrank nicht richtig schliessen und am Unterschrank Waschbecken war die Beschichtung abgeplatzt. Für mich stimmt hier das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht. Man sollte auch wissen, dass sich die Wohnung in einem Mehrparteien-Mietshaus befindet.....

Parkirno mesto pred vhodom. Komunikacija z lastnikom zelo dobra. Bližina obvoznice. Čisto stanovanje.

Postelja preozka. Zadnji večer so bili sosedje ponoči (do polnoči) zelo glasni - prepir dveh zakoncev. Ali smo imeli samo smolo ali je to pogosto.

the apartment was clean

there were too few dishes in the kitchen, for example no knife at all to cut bread. the windows of the sleeping rooms faced the courtyard, where parties were held late at night, so it was impossible to sleep at all. there was no hand soap in the bathroom.

Easy access, very nice flat, really silent.

self catering apartment with Kaufland Shopping centre app 10 min walk away. Then also good connection with tramp and bus (Maria Stern Bus stop). Good for family on a self catering basis
