First had hard time getting ahold of person renting place out had to go threw booking website. Second arrived to place and it's a house converted into multiple apartments which are basically rooms in this house And the grass was up to my knees and the siding wasn't finished on the house. I was uneasy when I looked at my surroundings and there's a building behind the house with busted windows and there's graffiti on the wall And when we walk up to the house the person gave me a code to get in and it opens the laundry room and the door to get into the house and to the room that was supposed to be a apartments which wasn't. And what pisses me off the most is I contacted booking.com to ask to get my money back and the lady said they would have to contact the place I was renting to see if they would be nice and reimburse my money since I didn't stay there and I went and had to find another place to stay and was declined the reimbursement .

The bed was soooo comfortable!! I never realized I could be happy in a one bedroom place, I could live there forever!

I liked everything

Super cute and walking distance of a great coffee shop. (Eurasia)

Location was good. Close to C Street. Felt safe. Place was obviously just remodeled and everything was new. Off street parking was good. Well lit.

Not super clean. There were very few plates, silverware, or dishes. Same with towels and wash clothes. Some of the dishes and utensils had to be washed before using them. It was just the two of us. Two friends brought dinner over. Their daughter came with them. We had to take turns eating. I suspect they are still in the process of finishing this one and will have more of those things later. Icemaker wasn't in the fridge. And there were no ice trays. So no ice. Space was VERY small, but adequate.
