I wanted to extend the stay here being it was just wonderful but it’s booked and I surely see why! Best host ever Sandra was! She TRULY cares for the guests and will make sure of it! She is an experienced pro at this! I can’t wait to go back!

The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. By far the most pleasant aspect of our visit was the interaction with our host. She explained everything , immediately responded to Inquiries, and anticipated our needs. We stayed in four places in Florida during a family vacation and this was easily the best.

Place was clean and well-supplied with everything you need from beach towels to coffee. Sandy checked on us before we arrived, after we got there, and again after we left to make sure that we enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. The porch light was even left on which made locating the unit significantly easier. We definitely would return again. Highly recommend.

This was my first stay with VRBO and I was not disappointed! I was looking for a 2 bedroom on the first floor and found Sandy's beautiful place that fit the bill. The furnishings were so well decorated and had a cozy comfortable feel. The beds were very comfortable, and I slept like i was in my own bed! Everything was very clean, and even the sheets felt good! Sandy checked in frequently to make sure all our needs were met. Checking in and out was flawless and so easy. I would highly recommend Sandy's home to anyone, it certainly checked all our boxes and over delivered!

We had a wonderful stay. Condo was very clean and cozy. Sandra even left a little welcome gift that was unexpected, but very thoughtful. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast while we were there. Location was perfect for what we were looking for. Short drive to the beach, but just close enough to the city. Check in and out was a breeze. Zero complaints. Thank you!

The property was beautiful and in amazing shape. The property manager was very helpful and had the place set up so nice and having all the stuff to cook was a great help. Will definitely be staying again in the future. Wish I could give 10 stars.

The condo was adorable and stocked with everything we could possibly think of! We had such a nice relaxing time and enjoyed our morning walks at the nearby beach every morning! Sandra checked in on us via text regularly just to ask if we needed anything….which we didn’t because it was already there!

We have stayed in dozens of vacation rental properties, and Sandra’s condo ranks at the top. The unit was spotless, very well stocked with everything you would need in a very nice gated community. It is obvious that she takes great pride in her property, which is very tastefully decorated with everything in perfect condition and working order. She is also very proactive with communications and responds very quickly to any questions. If you are staying in the area, this should be your first choice.

This unit was perfect for me and my family. We came down because my son was playing baseball for his high school. The property was perfect. Sandy was a perfect host. She communicated with us every step of the way. Highly recommend.

The Thermostat cooling is locked by owner at 71. Main area is marginally cool. "Orange" bedroom at nighttime is very warm; compounded by there is no cooling register in "orange" bedroom ?? . Auto" mode also locked; Fan cant be used for circulation. Am appalled that a owner get to dictate my comfort or more precisely discomfort. I stay at VRBO regularly and this is a first.
Online listing did not disclose restricted use off Thermostat/cooling.
Will not return. Would not recommend to a friend.

Sandy was incredibly kind, informative, and accommodating. She even went out of her way to make nice little touches around the residence for the Thanksgiving holiday. Such a delightful and luxurious place. 5/5 stars and would stay here again in the future.

My Aunt and I loved everything. Helps to know we are both handicapped. So to know we could come and go without the battle of stairs and other obstacles like climbing in and out of a tub, we really enjoyed renting this Vrbo location and would definitely be back. Thank you Sandra Kozlowski

Everything Sandra did was absolutely amazing, the home is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you might possibly need. Check in process is super fast and easy.
The community is a little more quiet than expected and with 3 kids we felt we needed to tell them to be quiet all the times but other than that it's a friendly neighbourhood community. It's surely a great apartment if you're looking for a relaxing stay in a central location and the pool is very nicely heated and open late! There is also a community barbecue that can be used all day long.

Husband and I stayed here for 2 nights to attend a wedding nearby. The condo is beautifully decorated and clean. The owner was very responsive and helpful with some local recommendations for food as well. We would stay here again. :)

This unit is just as pictured and described. Very comfy and modern in style. Sandra, the host, was extremely helpful and communicative from the very beginning and throughout the entire stay. The condo is stocked with everything you will need for your stay(except groceries). She has everything from Body wash, Q-tips, Sugar, beach stuff, Gain detergent, etc. I was very impressed. The only thing that was a bummer was the little league football team that lives upstairs, but that is no fault of Sandra's. Also, I would add a dresser inside the master bedrooms huge closet to make storing clothes easier. Overall this is an exceptional condo at a great price. Sandra was the best, and I would definitely stay there again! A+++

Although we did not have the opportunity to utilize the pool or club house, we can say all appeared to be very inviting. The community itself is very well kept and gated. I absolutely LOVED this stay . The location is perfect close by all freeways (bridges ) to Madeira , st Pete’s, Clearwater . Also close to John pass pier which was cuteeee. It’s about 28 minutes away from the Tampa Airport . Walmart, grocery store , & gas stations close by ( 5 mins ) Ideal location with a great 6ft pool .
The unit was very clean with beautiful aesthetics! The condo was also stocked with food , toiletries , beach towels , games , and laundry necessities . Checkin was easy peasyyy:)
