It was right on the boardwalk and beach. They have a pool. It’s clean and the staff is very nice.
The bed was uncomfortable. Our heads sunk towards the headboard and we needed extra pillows to prop them up. They do not offer coffee and there is no where close that opens early for coffee.

We loved that it was in the perfect spot on the boardwalk and it was clean and pretty. Loved the pool area! And the staff was sweet and kind. The room was cozy and with the windows closed was actually nice and quiet. (We were there during a music festival) we loved it and look forward to going back next year!
We would like to have had ice, that was a bummer. But nothing major!

I love the style of the hotel. The rooms were cute and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. I will definitely stay there again.
That we couldn't vape on the balcony. Also, there was no coffee pot in the room. However, there was a dunkin' Donuts behind the hotel.

Bathroom is small and sink is outside of the bathroom. Elevator is old and outdated must be operated by a hotel staff.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was outstanding! Loved the porch/balcony overlooking beach and boardwalk. I would definetly stay again.
The shower water pressure was weak and the bathroom was small.

We had a great time staying at the Atlantic Hotel. It was very quiet considering where it is located on the boardwalk. The veranda is a perfect place to take in the sites and relax. The rooms were a nice size and very clean. The pool is also a nice size and very clean.

King room I had, 126, should not be rented. Bathroom was so small I could hardly get into it.

They were smoking in the room next to us, both cigarettes and Marijuana. I could smell it in my closet and out in hall in front of their room was horrible.

A walkout exit/entrance directly on the boardwalk is fantastic! The room was adequate - it was clean enough, nothing was broken.
$350 a night is a bit much for my taste, but I guess I'm paying for location. The hotel itself is quite old in look and feel.

Everything! Beautifully maintained historical hotel. Exceptionally well taken care of and clean. Fantastic location, love the roof top deck to look over the boardwalk and beach. Staff were very friendly and nice. Already booked for next year!

Location was perfect! Staff was very friendly and bed was so comfortable. Very clean as well.
The elevator is extremely old (which is totally cool) so you can only use it with assistance from a staff members. Stairs from lower level to 2nd floor (3 sets). This wasn't an issue for us, but may be for others.

I love the ambience of the hotel. It's old but well kept. The hotel staff were great during our stay. Plus the location is great for us.
Before we went on vacation I heard that Marijuana was legalized in OC and when we went out to the balcony I could smell it. Promptly though signs were displayed that said no type of smoking was allowed.

Historic property. Upgraded but retained some of the olden time features. Right on the boardwalk no need to drive anywhere unless you want to.

It was charming. The bed very comfortable. Staff friendly. Location excellent. The view on tbe deck exceptional!
Room with king bed was small so no room for at least a table and chair like the rooms with smaller beds.

The hotel was perfect for us. It is right at the beginning of the boardwalk near all the places we love. It was clean, the staff was great and the price was right. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly & helpful. Location was perfect. The deck/patio was awesome. Access to beach and restaurants was excellent.
The bathroom was kind of small but to be expected in an old hotel.
