Inside poor wasn’t clean

It was a pretty good hotel it was good to sleep in I wouldn’t say it’s super fancy the vibes are good and the beds where comfortable the room was decent and spacious the staff was very friendly and helpful to!

The indoor pool looked dirty

The double outdoor pools were very nice, with the convenience of only a few feet from the boardwalk and beach. Starbucks and pool bar amenities close by was very convenient. Costal salt had amazing breakfast!

The elevators were a bit scary and took a long time to get from lobby to your floor. During cleaning times, staff were often also utilizing the elevators and it caused a bit of chaos.

Location, clean

Was offered 3 different floors at check-in. Asked how elevators were because my daughter isn't fond of them. They said they were fine. We choose 8th floor for the view based on what we were told. Came back from moving the car across the street at least 10 mins, my family was still standing there. Found our there was an issue with the elevators. They kept going up and down but were not taking you where you wanted because everyone was calling the elevator. We spent 10-15 mins more just trying to get to our floor and my daughter walked. When I went to complain I was met with the same girl and she was more interested in her phone then my complaint and frustration, she didnt tell me the truth. I had to walk away at that point because they didnt care what I was saying. My daughter spent the weekend walking because the elevator continued to be an issue. We were told by other guests it was that way days before we arrived. We paid alot of money to stay there and the elevator wasnt functional.
