Had issues with ac in room had to call six times and still wasn’t fixed. Some of the staff were very rude.

David from facilities was very friendly and responsive. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly when we checked in.

The key didn’t work. The patio windows were filthy. The wall paper was falling off the walls The shower took a while to get full pressure. We were unable to regulate the heat in our room. Our room did not seem prepared for the season opening. We had maintenance to our room 4 times; 2 for the heat, once for the key and once for the safe. The safe was never permanently resolved. We did not think all these issues warranted $139 per night. Website said look was closed and hot there and found out it was open.

Hate that you're not open in the off season. I want to take a weekend trip and hate having to find another place to stay.

My wife left her coat and it was retrieved and returned to us.

We loved everything about our stay. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The whole hotel was very clean and was in a great location. Our room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Loved the fact that it was furnished with dishes, pots and pans as well as silverware

Location: We were expecting an ocean view balcony at the side of the building during booking. Received an OceanFRONT room. A pleasant surprise!

We had three adults, all unmarried. One of us had to use the sofa bed each night of the three-night stay. The comfort of the sofa bed was HORRIBLE! It felt like springs were coming up to lacerate your back! It was so bad, we took turns on each of the three nights as to which one of us would be tortured!

Location, ocean front room, easy parking, full size fridge/kitchenette in room, complimentary coffee in lobby, complimentary toiletries should you forget something, Coastal Salt restaurant attached to hotel w indoor and outdoor seating on the Boardwalk

Door handle was very loose, couldn't lock the bolt lock.

Have some kind breakfast served will be better.
