A fabulous apartment in a great position. Great views and perfect for our family. Exactly as pictured. Very responsive hosts. We would stay again.

We are a family with three girls. The Location is so great; Galata tower is the first thing you see when you open the door. The view from the windows both at day and night time is beautiful. The Metro station and the famous Istiklal street is very near. We loved the walk to Istiklal Street through poetry street. The 60 step stair uses as cardio exercise; get reminded that there is no elevator. We were treated like a family and we felt really like home. The manager was just a call away. He welcomed us with a beautiful smile. We enjoyed the apartment a lot.

Great location in the heart of Galata Tower area. Very easy to navigate and was always easy to get home. A mix of tourists and locals in the area so we always felt safe. They also recommended some great places in the neighborhood which we appreciated. Wear comfy walking shoes as much of the area is hilly and cobblestone. The apartment is on a steep 3rd floor walk up so you get a very good view of your surroundings from the windows. And let me tell you, that view…remarkable! Would recommend this place in the future.

Great place to stay with tremendous views of Istanbul and walking distance to best places to eat and hangout. 10 on 10 for everything. The only slight negative was lack of elevator for a 3rd floor but ended helping with the cardio.

Review Body We loved the apartment and I would stay there again. It is a nice mix of the old house-feeling (tall ceilings and some of the details like door-stoppers etc) and the clean aesthetic, the view is gorgeous and the manager of the property very responsive and helpful. My husband thanked me several times for insisting we stay there even when initially he thought it's too expensive and we should choose something further away from the center lol.

Julia and Tarkan's team are very professional, excellent communication. The home is next to Galata Tower. Excellent view from living room and bedrooms. There are plenty shops and restaurants at the door step.

We loved our stay. Fantastic location within easy walking distance of great restaurants, the tram, and even the Galata Bridge if you wish to explore the city by foot. What a view from the apartment, too - we enjoyed many beautiful sunsets. It was convenient to arrange a taxi from the airport with the host’s help and have the host meet us for check-in. Everything was clean and comfortable.

First time in Istanbul and certainly won't be the last one, neither me staying here. What a great place and location. We went with my parents, wife and my 3 years old son. Even though is located 20mtr away from Galatan tower, which is one of the main tourist attractions in the city, there is also a lot of local vibe in the surroundings. There is a park close by the tram station which is very convenient for a toddler, the tower place is really nice and lots of kids go out there to play. Please go to TOMTOM falafe, best local town in town and of course you must try the breakfast at Privado!! Great host!

Bel appartement situé à 2mn à pied de la Tour Galata. Au 3eme étage (sans ascenseur), bien équipé, pour 6 personne. Belle vue sur le Bosphore, Topkapi, Ste Sophie. A une petite dizaine de mn à pied de la station de Tram Tophane ou du funiculaire. En 15mn ensuite du centre historique. Nombreux commerces alentours. Vie active autour. Logement propre et calme. Avons utilisé les services de taxi proposés (top). Accueil charmant de Şule. Tout était parfait. Je recommande

Beautiful apartment in a great lively location bustling with locals and tourists alike. Close to istiklal, some great restaurants, and minutes away from tram and metro stations. This was a superb home base for our stay in Istanbul!

The views were amazing and the beds great. The only issue we had was with the hot water which needed to be reset a couple of times. Definitely didn’t affect our stay.

This apartment is in an excellent location in beyoglu! Super close to many restaurants, shops and the Galata tower. The windows in the lounge room have a lovely view of the Bosphorus straight and many key buildings in Istanbul. Inside the apartment is quiet despite being in a busy touristy area. You can not get a better location! The host is very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this apartment.

The apt is centrally located 5 minutes away from Galata Tower, near public transit. Through the windows you can see the Bosporus and Topkapi palace. The ceilings must be around 12 feet high. It exudes a relaxing charm.

A perfect place to stay in Istambul. The appartment is as described, with amazing views of the Bosphorus, fully renovated inside and with a very new and well equipped kitchen. The location is perfect because it is about 100 m from Galata Tower but in a quite but very safe street so you can be in a busy zone with lots of restaurants and shops without suffering any kind of noise during the night. The house has no elevator, but I suppose that is common in the zone because it is an old building, but the views from the apartment really compensate this. Two of the three bedrooms are really big and have views to the Bosphorus, the third one is smaller and has no views but nothing can be perfect in life. I was there with my wife and my two kids and we all loved the place and its location. Moving from there to the old city is really easy using the tram (15-20 min) and it is also very well connected to some other places you will want to visit, as Dolmabahce Palace, Besiktas or Ortakoy. The communication with Julia, Tarkan and Sule (a very nice young woman that helps them) was really easy and fast so we had no problems at all during the check in and check out proccess. We will repeat there when we go back to Istambul and highly recommend it.

El departamento es precioso. Limpio, espacioso, una combinación perfecta de lo antiguo y cómodo. Ubicación excepcional. En pleno centro histórico y social de Estambul, pero logras la tranquilidad en el departamento. Tuve un problema con mis maletas en el aeropuerto y Tarkan fue muy comprensivo y amable. Considerar que el edificio no tiene ascensor y si el piso de entrada es el 1, el departamento queda en el 4. Para nosotros no fue problema, pero creo que es importante saber. Zona con muchos supermercados, restaurantes, cafes y comida. Si vas con bebe debes ir bien preparado porque cuesta encontrar comida de bebe en Estambul.

the apartment is ideally located, very central, but calm place. manager is a gem, the place is clean and nicely decorated. the views are fantastic, we could also enjoy the upper terrace - which was a nice surprise. surely recommended, will stay there again if come to istanbul

The well appointed apartment was in a lovely old building in a great part of Istanbul near Galata Tower with a stunning view of the Turkish Straits near that area. The property manager not only responded swiftly to all communications leading up to our arrival, he carried two heavy suitcases up three flights of spiral stairs to the apartment. A wonderful introduction to Istanbul!
