Close to downtown but not in a way where you couldn’t have quiet time with nature. It’s easy to drive up. Place is exceptionally clean. All amenities were working. Property Manager thought of everything a family will need if they’ll be staying in. Decor also is not over the top unlike most I’ve seen when researching. Work every penny.

I wish there was a bigger parking space. We were lucky our other set of friends cancelled last minute couldn’t imagine fitting 2-3 cars in the parking space they had.

The cabin was in a great location. The cabin was very comfortable, great king size beds. Laundry soap provided, dish soap provided, very clean and 2 types of coffee pots to choose from.

The cabin was priced reasonably , but all the extra fees were almost as much as the cabin price. And all the cabins I have stayed at before refunded the cleaning fees.

The cabin is gorgeous, clean, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Even though you’re near some apartments, you still feel very secluded on the back patios. It’s within walking distance to the Gatlinburg strip on the aquarium and Anakeesta side.

Some of the decorative lights over the hot tub were either burnt out or not working. Same with some decorative lights on a tree near the fireplace inside. There is also a very loud garbage truck that comes through every night at around 2:30-3:00AM that will almost certainly wake you up.

The home is very clean and we loved the fir pit area across the road. We used it every night. The neighbor brought us wood and was very helpful. The beds were very comfortable.

The home is very nice, but very small. It is crowded with four people. I would not suggest taking kids or more than four if you can help it. The housekeeping didn't leave enough trash bags so it was a pain to have to keep emptying the same bag over and over for four days. The TV streaming is all you get. We couldn't get live anything. The location is on a noisy busy road. The downstairs bathroom has a walk in shower and the flooring looks like rock and it feels like it too . It hurt my feet to stand in it. The rooms are small and there isn't enough kitchen cooking supplies if you want to fix a nice breakfast for your guests.
