Great location - just across the street from the beach. There is good snorkeling right off the beach or a very short drive to the park by the bridge.
Well apportioned - from a french press and electric kettle for making coffee, to beach chairs and a wagon, this place is wired for those who like to travel light.
The pool area is perfect for lounging about and is screened in for protection from bugs and sun. Gas grill is ready to go.
Clean, well kept, great value. I would stay here again.

Great location for our purposes. Close to the beach but also close to shopping and food.
Restaurants we tried were very good and reasonably priced as well.
Host Kayle was easy to reach, close by just in case, and super pleasant.

I can not say this enough…Absolutely great place to stay!!! Our family of 8 was in town for a baseball tournament and ended up with a great beach vacation too. Kayle thought of everything and was very responsive when communicating. The house looked better than the pictures and was very clean. This house was also stocked more than most we have stayed at! With plenty of towels, linens, appliances, pool toys, cookware, and basic seasoning…the list can go on and on! Bonus if you stay when the mango and coconut trees have ripe fruit. Another nice touch provided was the beach wagon with chairs and cooler! The location couldn’t have been in a better place for our needs with a very short walk to the beach, restaurants, and a Publix grocery store a mile in a half away. If you’re a runner or just wanting to take a nice walk with great views you’re in a good location for that too. Again I just have to say…Absolutely great place to stay!!!

I stayed at Kayle’s property with 6 friends for a weekend golf trip and it was exactly what we were looking for. The place was super clean, and the convenience of the pool when we were too lazy to go to the beach (which is basically across the street) was fantastic. We hope to stay again next year!

My family had a wonderful time staying at this cute home. The house is just as described , so no surprises. Upon arrival, it was immaculately clean with that fresh clean smell. the home has been tastefully updated. You are very conveniently located in a super quiet neighborhood with beach access across the street - maybe 5 minute walk and your toes are in the sand. We enjoyed the outdoor space with the pool, lounging area, hammock and dining table for Easter Dinner. I would definetley stay here again.Communication with the owner was superb and very quick to reply.

We were 6 women. The place was great, just like being at home. Very comfy with all the amenities. The only thing I would prefer would be a heated pool (that they may put in for next season) otherwise it was perfect.

Extremely well appointed home - tastefully decorated. Super comfortable common areas with plenty of space to sit. Pool table room has plenty of room. Relaxing outdoor space. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. Some rentals can feel like you’re living in someone else’s house. This feels like it is all yours for the duration of time you’re there!

Nice house. Great beaches. Island has a casual low key feel. Easy on-off island convenient to many restaurants, shopping and area attractions.
Pool is not heated and a little too cold in early March for some of our party.

Kayle was an awesome host! She promptly answered any questions I sent her. We had a late flight and she graciously allowed us to stay a while longer to kill time before our flight. There are beach chairs and umbrellas and the beach is a 5 minute walk. The place is well appointed, tastefully decorated and very clean. The only recommendation I have is to get a pool heater. The pool was mostly not usable even with very warm weather. Certainly, other guests may not find this to be an issue. I would gladly pay extra for a heated pool and would have given a 5+ overall rating if one was available. Despite this minor issue, this is a great property and I would have no problem recommending it to others.

We had a wonderful time for our long weekend trip in Florida! Weather was a little to cold to be able to use the pool, but enjoyed afternoons soaking up the sun outside. Easy walk from the house to the beach and quick Uber to lots of restaurants! Felt very safe in the neighborhood. Some of the kitchen supplies could use and upgrade… couldn’t find a pitcher, pans were scratched. Overall, great house, highly recommend!

The house is very pleasant, and the screened in outdoor space is great. The location is really outstanding, with an absolutely beautiful beach with free parking one block to the east and two blocks north. The parking is helpful because you can use the car to bring the chairs and the cooler and the towels and everything else.

Nicely sized home, well furnished, had all the needed supplies for our weekend stay. We loved the outdoor area, plenty of seating for everyone while we were grilling and hanging around the pool. Kayle was a responsive host, available when we had inquiries.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family getaway. There were 7 of us in total and the home was so cozy, the pool was amazing (screened in so not too hot), and literally a 5-minute walk to the beach! Kayle was super communicative and quick to respond to any messages I sent and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Our only issue was a bit of a dirty patio, but this was likely due to a roof inspection that occurred right before our stay - the rest of the house was perfectly clean and cozy. We will definitely keep this on the list of places to stay again!!

Fabulous Fifties Girls Beach Trip!
The amenities were fantabulous. Everything needed for beach, pool & more was provided. The house was great & a super awesome master bed & bath & the other 2 bedrooms were wonderful as well. Kitchen was perfect & we had such a wonderful time at this property & will definitely be back. Our Fabulous Fifty was awesome! The hosts of this property rock. You guys are hosts with the most!!

We had a great time here with friends that were celebrating an anniversary. Spent 4 days relaxing in the pool and checking out some local restaurants for dinner. House was well maintained and clean. Would love to go back someday.

Easy and Relaxing!
This home was the perfect place to catch up with friends and it overall was an idyllic setting! We spent hours talking by the pool. It was a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed strolling the lovely neighborhood and even had the chance to scuba dive at the Blue Heron bridge, which was amazing. The house is great for families, has a nice kitchen and lots of amenities for beach fun. We would definitely come back here!

The only disappointment was the upkeep of the outdoor space, there were no sun loungers and the pool area needed a good clean to remove the critter poop. Fixing the gap / hole by the outside door would help. The pool itself was perfect. Overall good.

We had a wonderful stay in this very comfortable home. One member of our party was in a wheelchair and this home worked out very well with only minor modifications. Kayle and Mike were incredibly responsive to all our needs. I would highly recommend staying here.

Super nice place to stay! I stayed only for few days, but location and the residence was astonishing! Owners were very responsive and they are on top of the game. I will stay again here. No negative feedback at all. My kids had a blast!
