parking was hard to come by, hot water wasn’t working first day and oven was not usable

Great apartment, very, very comfortable. PAulyn was very helpful , always ready to help with everything.

The property was safe, clean and well presented with a well equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom and great size rooms

Paulyn is a one of a kind host! She smashes the going above and beyond ethic by a thousand miles. We had a slight issue which Paulyn could of not resolved any better, she put our family first and ensured that everything was the best it could be. It made our stay having an amazing host and a place of comfort after full days exploring London. Which could of not been more easier, less than 10 minute walk to the station from the apartment. We are already planning our next visit and will definitely staying with Paulyn again.

Excellent choice. Apartment had everything and was very clean. Great location, only 10 mins walk to Centre.

An ideal location for this spacious large one bed flat. Hotel style bathroom and balconies in both rooms. Really efficient access system and the flat had everything you could want inc smart TV, work desk .. Was given a late check out without hesitation about to rebook.
