This was a girls' trip reunion of friends for 50+ years. We had a great time. We love staying in the Wells-Ogunquit area, and this was a great location.

This property is beautifully maintained with lovely lawns and pots of flowers throughout. Our condo was super clean and had everything we could possibly need for our ten-day stay in September.

This was truly one of the best places we have stayed in ever. The condo was immaculate and Kerri answers all questions promptly. It very close to wells and ogunquit. You have many beach choice’s and restaurants. The way the condo is set up is perfect for families and spacious. When we come back to Maine it will be back there for sure. Oh the pool was great too!

With three bedrooms and one on the first floor with a bathroom, this was perfect for a multi-generational stay. Perfect location for a day trip to Portsmouth and Portland and the pool was wonderful for an afternoon activity. We will be back.

The property was amazing! It was perfect for our family of four plus plus my parents. We loved the view off the deck and having the swimming pool and ability to rent kayaks right next store.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and booked our next trip while we were still there! The condo was spacious and clean, close to the beach and restaurants, and had a nice big pool outside! All guests enjoyed their stay! Can’t wait for next year.

Once a year three of my friends and I plan a vacation. The condo itself was spacious, nicely decorated and immaculate. We also liked starting and ending the day out on the porch due to the fact we could see the ocean. We really enjoyed the easy access to the pool and beach. We also liked that we were near the shops to do some shopping. Overall this was one of the best, most relaxing vacations we have ever had. I would definitely give you a 5 star. Thank you so very much.

Beautiful condo. Lots of space for the 6 of us. Nice view from the deck, which overlooks the pool. We enjoyed the gym and the pool. We appreciated the extras at the condo — coffee, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, Kleenex, etc. — thank you for your generosity, Kerri, and your responsiveness. Your condo not only met but exceeded our expectations. We look forward to returning next year! Thank you again!

Beautiful, clean condo with lots of space!! Nice view from deck overlooking the pool. Walkable, but there is a lot of traffic. Communication with owner was great! Everything we needed was there.

This rental was just amazing!!! It is beautiful inside and well maintained. The communication with the owners was on point. Really made our stay comfortable and has slot to offer with the rental. Gym, common area next to pool was clean and cozy. Didn’t use the pool but it was extremely clean. Overall I recommend this property and give it a definite 5 stars!!!!!

We had a great experience in Kerri's condo. All the rooms were very comfortable, from the beds in the bedrooms to the living room (especially the couch), the kitchen and bathrooms. There was plenty of room for 3 adults and one teenager to spread out. Not to miss the deck, which was perfect! The views were awesome and overlooking the pool added to the beauty of the condo. The clubhouse was nice with a workout room, ping pong table, and beautiful gas fireplace.
The kitchen has top of the line appliances and a huge island.
Kerri was very helpful and quick to respond if we had any questions.
Thanks for adding to our vacation.
I hope to rent this condo again next time we are in Ogunquit/Wells!

We had an amazing week! We were given tons of detailed notes to help us make our stay enjoyable. This condo is so spacious and comfortable. We have 4 kids from 16 to 5 mths and we had everything we needed. I was very impressed with all the extra comfort items available like beach towels, nightlights, throw blankets, games & books for the kids, a Bose Bluetooth speaker and even the pack n’ play for our littlest guy. All items we usually travel with but I love knowing we can leave them home next time! Very quick trip to the beaches. Our favorite was North Beach in the evening less than 5 mins away with a super short walk from the parking lot. I also loved having the washer and dryer right there. Makes it so easy for this busy Mama to freshen up throughout the week and come home with all clean laundry!

Had a great experience with this property. The condo was very spacious and clean. Kerri was great to work with and and made the process quite simple. The property has everything needed including a pool which was great after the beach.

Great hosts and condo!
If you have a large family, this is an ideal place to stay. The hosts are excellent and the condo is perfect for larger families. The 3 bedrooms are all nice and the pool is a welcome thing to do after the beach. The road noise is a bit loud but not terrible.

Great family getaway
Perfect property for a family getaway! Part of the pool is perfect for toddlers! Our son had a blast!
The property is clean, spacious and close to many restaurants, beaches and other attractions.
If you are looking for a family getaway I would def recommend this property!

Great property!!!
We stayed in this condo just a short 1.5 miles outside of Ogunquit. The condo was just as pictured, updated and clean upon arrival. The check in and out process was super easy. Kerri was great…very responsive to emails and she even left us greens from her garden. The beds were comfortable and the condo was well equipped with all linens, kitchen, toiletry and beach essentials. The one thing we wished we had was a clothes drying rack as there was no place to hang things that you didn’t want in the dryer. The pool was perfect for my 5 year old as it was heated and had a shallow end.
It’s a great property…we are already discussing a future stay!

Great Condo! Would book again!
Centrally located to all the towns and beaches. Communication with owners was good. Kitchen had everything you needed. Only complaint was the upstairs bedrooms could use room darkening curtains. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Awesome Stay!
Really enjoyed our week in Wells! Kerri was very responsive and helpful in getting us initially set up even on a holiday weekend. The rental was very nice and clean, not to mention it was a great location being a short drive/walk to a bunch of Maine destinations. Additionally, the pool was directly down stairs and we had a deck overlooking the pool with a nice view of the ocean. Weather during our stay wasnt the best, but even on the colder days we were able to take advantage of the heated pool! Our kids had a great time swimming and there were tons of books and games for them to take advantage of even on rainy days. Overall, I would recommend this rental and we will be looking to book again in the future!

For our adult daughter and son-in-law and their toddler, the layout is utterly perfect. The primary bedroom, full and half bath, and social spaces are on the second floor of the building. The queen bedroom, kid bunkroom, and the second bathroom are upstairs where our granddaughter could nap quite easily. (Be prepared for the long stairway to the condo entrance, in case you have more than one little one!) The pool would have been ideal for a very beginning swimmer, with its 1-ft-deep toddler pool area; the up-to-5-ft area for older kids is separated by a float-line. (If only our toddler had not been in a cast!) We truly relaxed, and were able to visit our favorite Ogunquit and Kennebunport spots, and we would love to come back next year!

Enjoyed our stay! Just wished I had known ahead of time that we would not be given the code until the day of our arrival! It should be spelled out when they give you the location of your rental a week before!

A wonderful place for the family
This property was perfect for our family. The location is just outside Ogunquit, which provided us a little break from the hectic village. We absolutely loved the condo and pool. The owners are amazing people who respond very quickly to any request and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Plenty of comfortable beds to sleep in and very clean. We look forward to returning again next summer!

This is a nice place near Ogunquit. The condo is modern and up-to-date. Only issues were the WiFi is inconsistent and the bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner (mildew in shower).

Great property in a great location!
Kerri was prompt to respond, very accommodating and gave us suggestions of attractions in the area. The property was spacious, clean and very comfortable! The pool was great for our toddler. Very close to many of the attractions in Wells, Ogunquit, York and Kennebunkport. We look forward to returning next summer!

Perfect mini vacation
Was a great mini family vacation. We were able to completely relax and enjoy ourselves without worrying about forgetting something because the house had everything including some new family favorite games! Kerri was fast to respond to any and all correspondence. Thank you!

It was everything we needed
Travelling with a toddler and baby can be tricky but this apartment has everything we needed for our stay.
Kerri was really quick and easy to contact if we had any questions and the apartment is in a location that makes it easy to visit a huge number of different towns and beaches.
