Needs a few things - window coverings in the upper stairs living room to block the sun (it got very warm in the afternoon upstairs), window coverings in the downstairs living room for privacy. Upstairs living room furniture with lots of stains...needs to be cleaned. Add mixing bowls and cookie sheets in the kitchen. Bathroom soap dispensers didn't work. Wonderful washer and dryer!

And the house is directly across from the City Services department. It is a bit noisy at times. But we spent most of our time outside.Easy walk to town and the beach. We had one plumbing issue and the management sent help early the next morning. Very responsive to email.Nothing fancy, but it served our family well.

We booked the house for a month and several items were lacking for longer term stay- dressers, coat racks, cleaning equipment, towel hooks etc. The main bathroom needs upgrade/repair. The management company was very responsive and helpful.

It seemed ideal for a dual family set up due to layout and size but was significantly more expensive than other units in company inventory and the tenants were unhappy with their stay. Their feedback is below.Downstairs unit was not equipped for long term stay, and there was a persistent mold issue. Garbage bin was too small for the large house. Sanctuary rentals did not respond quickly and didn't fix major issues like power outage in downstairs bedrooms or clogged garbage disposal.Additionally, the tree over the designated parking space dropped berries on guest's white car, leaving stains requiring professional removal.
