The location of this property is really all it has going for it.

First, check in is on the 3rd floor of the old Zhaolong hotel, not the 6th floor as show in the address here. Second, the rooms are like bedsits. The “king size bed” is in fact nothing more than a pull out sofa bed, complete with creaky springs. There’s no phone to call the front desk if you happen to need information (when I checked in they didn’t tell me the Wi-Fi code, so I had to make a second trip)…. Overall, for marginally more money one can have a much better experience in almost the same location.

Check in was friendly and fast. The hotel uses a door code and facilities app that is easy to use. Check in and stay was smooth. The room was comfortable and the bathroom clean and modern.

Booking.com room facilities list an iron. I did not find an iron and iron board in the room. Maybe I could have gotten one from reception. However, I recommend taking the item off the room-facilities list if it is not in the room.

More a long stay apartment than a hotel. No cleaning of room unless you asked for it. Good TWG tea in the common room but when I asked where was the milk I was told by staff that I could go outside and buy some !
