True luxury and concierge was so pleasant from the moment I arrived.

The road noise was unbelievable! The old market is a race track till 3am on the weekend.

The rooms are big, comfy and modern. The only hotel out of 4 I have stayed at in Omaha of this quality. I wish I could have stayed longer. Unfortunately the price tag meant I had to move for the rest of my trip

I believed having booked 6 months ago that the rate was much lower than I was charged. I wish too that there was a shuttle bus.

It started with the valet: nice, friendly, quick to help. Then the front desk staff made us feel like we were old friends. The property itself is top notch with a smart, modern but comfortable feel. The rooms were quiet, clean, and well appointed. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious (we had a corner suite). There were USB ports everywhere. You also can’t beat the location: Old Market one way, CHI Center, Schwab Field and the Holland Center the other way. It’s all walkable. It’s also right across the street from the newly redesigned and fabulous Gene Leahy Mall.

there was a very strong perfume smell in the lobby and restaurant area. we really wanted to have drinks in the bar but couldn’t even stay in the lobby area for more than a couple minutes because it was so strong

Every employee, from the Valet to the front desk to the evening dinner and drinks and after was very friendly and helpful! Same goes for the morning breakfast staff...

Hotel smelled great. Cool design. Terrific staff. Exceptional amenities.
