It was nice and homey with a kitchen, living room and two separate bedrooms. Was more to offer then a hotel for the cost being center of Winnipeg. Down the street from everywhere we had to go including the Jets game!

The door entry was confusing upon arrival. But once in the building it was smooth sailing. There was one time I returned to enter the room but the code you enter I guess someone has to answer. I was stuck outside until the neighbor let me in. Also, the parking wasn’t what we were expecting. We were told to park on the street and during the night we had someone toss a brick at our brand new car. Wasn’t happy to see damage done to our vehicle in the morning.

Great unit and host. Alex checked up on us regularly. Host provided clear details on how to enter. Attractive neighbourhood to the south and park to the West. Easy parking. Close to bus stop along main Portage Ave artery. Great place to stay in summer.

Not really a 'coffee location'. It's beside a school and Tim Hortons is 5 min walk away. Canadian tax hidden from price. This is a problem throughout the country

The location worked out well for us. It was easy to access the building.

Parking was only tough one of the days we were there still found a spot though

There weren't blackout curtains on the bedroom windows, wasn't a huge problem, but we are used to sleeping in complete darkness

It was quite clean. Has 2 full bedrooms. Dishwasher and laundry facilities. Very comfortable for 2-4 people. All the basic furniture, appliances. dishes and cutlery needed.

Parking was at times difficult. The street parking was sometimes taken and other parking had a 2 hour limit. The door to the patio wouldn't open - deadbolt seemed jammed. Bathroom sink taps need adjusting.

The place was nice and was close to a park for my kids.

Getting into the accommodation was aweful. We were given the wrong check-in instructions and were not able to get in. The customer service was hard to reach and not helpful. The person we finally got ahold of was not able to give us the right instructions. We ended up having to rent a hotel somewhere for two nights because of it and the company was not willing to guarantee we would get a refund. Had to make approx 10 phone calls before I reached someone that was able to tell us how to get in a day and a half latter! The place was nice but I would never book with this company again!!! The company had terrible customer service and then asked for a 5-star rating.
