The communication with the property management was excellent. Easy check in and very communicative. House is in a great location and set up very nice to accommodate a lot of people however it needs a lot of upgrading. I was disappointed at the outside amenities, i.e., bbq was extremely dirty. I don’t think it’s ever been clean. If it catches fire due to the grease trap being full, it’s going to be a big one. The grotto down by the dock was dirty and needs a good cleaning. There were several other things that just made the house look cheaper than what the cost was. Overall it’s a great, quiet place but the outdoor maintenance company needs to do a better job. When you book a house on a lake, the outside needs to be awesome and it was not.

The amazing sunsets every day with a bottle of wine sitting on the master bedroom balcony we're the best I have seen. We will rent it again and we took a lot of pictures to share with our friends. We tried to book for this week coming up but I was told they are doing painting and upgrades. Wow cant wait to rent it with the upgrades… The management team especially Brendon on a scale of 10 gets a 15. Highly recomend this million dollar estate and from the back yard you feel like you are in Florida…

needs maintenance

This is a nice property in a lovely neighborhood. The artificial lake is amazing! The house itself slept 14 family members comfortably. Upstairs primary suite is huge with a balcony that is ideal for retreating from the chaos. There's a pool table that never lacked for a game and a two televisions in separate rooms so the kids could watch a movie and a few adults could watch their game while it rained. The kitchen is large enough to accommodate several cooks at the same time. The only consideration is the dining table which only seats 6 and the breakfast bar which will seat 5. There's a wonderful outdoor table and gas grill along with a great pool/spa and another cabana at the water's edge. Overall this is a great property; clean, beautiful setting, roomy, excellent choice for a mini family reunion. We'll be back!

Great location and property for family gathering. Very convenient. Property is a bit dated but clean and in good shape. Well stocked with games, kitchen supplies, towels and other stuff. Great open spaces for group meals and activities. Listed as a 6 bedroom but 2 of the bedrooms are really more like rooms with beds in them.

My family of four and another family of four (4 adults, 4 boys ages 8-11) stayed at this property for an extended weekend while attending a kids sporting event. The property was exactly as advertised. Check-in was a breeze. The ability for both families to park our larges SUVs in the garage was much appreciated with the 115 degree weather! The house was well equipped and comfortable for everyone, with space for the kids to play and hang out in their own space. The location on the water was so serene and unique for a desert property. We truly enjoyed this place and would rent again.

We could not have asked for a better floorplan or location for our vacation! The house is open and flows well from room to room, making the space perfect to spread out and have a great time with a large group (15 in our case). There were a few issues that preceded us that the homeowner seems to be hard at work handling (just some wear and tear to a beautiful, busy vacation home). Absolutely none of this effected our stay or limited our fun. The home was clean and orderly when we arrived and we found everything we needed to have a wonderful stay. The community is quiet and close to many conveniences. We would definitely stay again in the future. ♡

Thank you it was fun my grandkids have a blast But dishwasher did not work Hot water did not work in top bathroom Light was burned out in Jacuzzi Other than that I found the home comfortable I would come back .

There was bugs the bed was broken and there was no volume on the tv also pool was very dirty

This home very adequately handled our family for 3 nights. It's got lots of room, plenty of comfy beds and a very well stocked kitchen. The home does show its age in a few spots, but overall it did the job we needed done and took care of us well. You also can't beat the location or the view out of it's back decks.

This was our first trip to Arizona and we couldn’t have picked a better location! The house was beautiful, the view was beautiful, the location was just perfect! We will be back

What a wonderful place for family to gather for a wedding! The views were outstanding, the pool and hot tub a hit, the kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. There are many areas for family to gather, connect and share meals. Everyone was so impressed. It was quiet, peaceful and we felt literally like we were on our own little island of happiness. This property is truly amazing! From the moment you drive up in the neighborhood surrounded by all the homes and then walking through all the rooms into the backyard. Every detail is there and it made for a great time for our family and friends. You won’t want to go out much as you spend every waking moment taking in the pool, the views, kayaking, and gathering around the kitchen or lounging at the patio table sharing laughter as you create new memories. The communication from the company was superb and made any moment of difficulty better. We will be returning to this property for sure!

I am a Travel Consultant, so I have stayed in many different types of accommodations from homes to hotels with ratings of three star to five star. I have pretty high expectations when it comes to cleanliness, comfort and customer service. With that said, I can report that this property is a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. For the most part it was very comfortable, there were a few issues the first evening upon my family’s arrival pertaining to the water temperature in the upstairs bedrooms and the jetted tub in the master shooting out the plastic rings around the jets when turned on; as well as, not having much umph in the jets to enjoy a jacuzzi bath. There were a few minor incidents in the kitchen but it did not prevent us from enjoying a lovely Christmas dinner. It was raining the day my family arrived and there was a horrible leak in the garage. So my daughter decided to park her car in the first bay to prevent us from walking under the pouring water as we everyone brought their items into the house. Despite the few issues, my children, grandchildren and myself enjoyed time spent together…and that was the reason for acquiring the property while my home renovations were being made in South Chandler. Although, I did not stay in the Master Suite as planned so my son could have a bed of his own (the full couch in the Master as shown in the pics was missing; that was where he originally planned on sleeping) there was plenty of space for all fourteen of us and our twelve foot Christmas Tree! The sunset views from the upstairs balcony…amazing! The kids enjoyed the pool table; heated swimming pool (I never turn the heat on in the pool at home!) and fishing in the man made lake. My ten year old grandson even caught a fish! Our brief holiday visit was a success, and it was nice having everyone under the same roof once again!

We had a fantastic , relaxing few days here. The house and it's facilities are a little tired but great. Why o why though do the sprinklers come on so many times a day , once every couple of days would suffice surely. The Caisley family , Rothbury, Northumberland, UK

Our home was lovely and well stocked with amenities. The pool was great fun but it was not heated upon arrival and the water was a bit cloudy. It's a very deep pool, fun for the adults but a bit scary for the 3 year old. The pool lights didn't work but we did get the heater on right away. The house was roomy and comfortable. The location was great. The lake was very nice and the kayaks were fun. My family enjoyed the pool table and my 3 year old granddaughter loved the big bean bag chairs. The house was clean except for the wood floors. They were a bit sandy and could use a mopping. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all in great shape. Overall, it was a very nice stay and I would recommend this property for any large family or friends gathering.
