We enjoyed a beautifully decorated historical home in the heart of Pacific Grove. We were welcomed with wine, cheese, and crackers. There is a beautiful oceanside trail just around the corner and many restaurants, shops, and an amazing aquarium are in walking distance. The kitchen is well stocked. Towels, bedding, linens were nice quality. We had difficulty with the preprogrammed A/C. Despite our efforts to keep the desired temperature at 70, it kept hopping back up to 80. The firepit and outdoor chairs were not prepped for use. We had plenty of keys and parking is easy.

Ideal location. Quiet neighborhood, lodging 3 houses away from coastline. Charming, clean and comfortable. Don’t let name “Little House” mislead you-quite spacious. Large kitchen, roomy bedrooms, dining room/living room plus bonus room with desk and laundry appliances. Yard is completely fenced and landscaping is beautifully done. Highly recommend.

A block to the ocean and perfect for two friends. One upstairs and one downstairs. It was walking distance to restaurants and the bike path. Pebble beach just a ten minute drive. We hiked everyday. There were so many amazing ocean hikes and the sea lions were birthing. 💕

Just a block back from the water and only a few block from downtown. The house is beautifully restored and appointed. High quality amenities. Be aware both bathrooms have claw foot tubs which were a bit difficult for some guests to get in and out of. Management company was friendly and helpful. I would take my family back in a heartbeat.

The historic home is well maintained and the choices for antique interior accents is fantastic! It’s nice where they added modern touches where important like the appliances. The double deep driveway is especially nice since everything is very walkable from the house. Half a block to the ocean, less than 15 minute walk to the aquarium and Canary Row!We also loved how well stocked the house was, plenty of towels throughout, hand soaps at each sink. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in each shower. Dish soap and pods in the kitchen, and even laundry pods for the stack laundry in the office area. Communication was top notch, instructions clear, easy check in and check out! Would definitely stay here or anither Sanctuary Vacation Rental property again!

The house was beyond well-equipped (the kitchen had arguably more amenities than our kitchen at home) and the home was extremely clean and tidy. The house itself is also gorgeous - all renovations have been period appropriate for the home and it's just stunning. Having one bed and bath downstairs, with two more bedrooms upstairs along with an additional bathroom is a great layout for many families, including ours. Also, our pups loved the fenced yard and the incredibly short (1/2 block) walk to the ocean! Our time at Little House was pretty much ideal and we will most certainly be back!

We are frequent visitors to Pacific Grove since our kids were babies. Fast forward 16 years later and over 30+ overnight stays, PG is still one of our favorite homes away from home. We’ve stayed in many homes and this property is one of our top 5 for its cleanliness, amenities and comfort. We walked pretty much everywhere because it is so close to the trail by the ocean. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and they have luxurious towels as well. There weren’t any plastic or bamboo dishes which was tricky with small children but otherwise they have a very well stocked kitchen.
