We had a great time. The kids loved the space and thought it was really fun!

Residents and employees of the building were friendly. The apartment and building common areas were clean and well lit. The location was excellent! Directions for entry were detailed and easy to follow.
My only recommendations are to have a full coffee bar set up with cream and sugar. Replace burnt out light bulbs in chandelier. Finally, trash opened containers of toiletries, etc so that it doesn’t feel like we’re staying in someone’s home. It also frees cabinets of clutter and makes it feel more pristine.

10 minutes from the airport, walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants, and right across the street from the Louisville Slugger building. The unit was clean and very large. The check in process was unique, but fun and the directions were easy to follow. Will definitely stay here again!

This was our family's first visit to Louisville and the loft was just perfect for our family (we have 4 kiddos). The kids absolutely loved the arcade game and the location was perfect for visiting the Slugger Museum, The Frazier Museum and several other fun stops we made. The host, Matt, was quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

The building has a lot of character and unique features, it was comfortable and spacious and the condo was located very close to Main Street and anything we wanted to do!

The building was easy to get to and parking was readily available. The location was perfect as we walked to dinner and to bars, distilleries, museums etc. The property manager was very accessible and informative. We would definitely stay here again.

Plenty of space to sleep and the Murphy beds can be put away during the day to have plenty of space for socializing.

Only problem was a pack of any kind of convenience/grocery store close by. Downtown Louisville seems to close pretty early, but maybe we just didn't know about the right places.

We enjoyed the unique space very much and checked out the glass making on the first floor. You can even take a class if you want! Easy walk to popular museums, bourbon tours, and restaurants. Wonderful communication with Matt too!

Beautiful modern loft close to many restaurants and things to do in downtown Louisville. The building is amazing with little businesses in the lobby. We visited one of the glass blowing are galleries to make some bourbon glasses. Great stay! Thank you!!

We absolutely loved this property. It was walking distance to a lot of restaurants and attractions in Louisville. We traveled with 2 dogs and it wasn’t a far walk to a little park for them to walk around & potty. The rental was extremely clean and exactly like the pictures. Thanks for having us! We will be back!

We stayed here for a quick get away with our teens and preteens. The loft is in a perfect location for Museum Row and walking to places up and down Main Street. There was plenty of room for everyone to hang out when we weren’t out sightseeing and plenty of room to sleep to recharge for the next day. The video game machine was an added bonus for the kids! It was a great home away from home!

The property was clean and looked as expected from the listing. We are a family with a tween, and she absolutely loved the condo. The arcade game, the Louisville sign, the chandeliers, and the murphy beds were a hit. On the 8th floor so the view was also great. The building felt very secure. You use a keycard to get in the lobby and to use the elevator. Walking distance to museum row. Overall just a great stay. I think families with older kids would love it as well any friend group meeting up for a get away. Will definitely book again!

My wife and I stayed for a 4 day long weekend to visit some distilleries and do some shopping. It was a great trip and the condo did not disappoint. It was everything as advertised and thoroughly appreciated how it was very clean and conveniently located. We will be back!

Beautiful space. Only hiccup was a pizza box with old, gross pizza in it that was left in the oven from the previous stay. Really helpful that there was a bathroom with stalls in the main lobby of the building as there was only one bathroom in the loft with 6 of us staying!

The property was just as described. There was a lot of flexibility with additional tables and it was great how the beds could be put away so nicely. Loved the space, easy to access, and nice amenities made it a great stay. Loved the video game machine!

This one bedroom studio spaciously accommodated our 4 people. They had everything from the extra pillows and blankets. Very clean and all the amenities you needed. Would def go back if we visit Louisville again.

My friends and I enjoyed this location as a very good spot for our girls trip. This place looked just as the listing. There was a great distance from the downtown areas. Only negative was the check-in process was struggle and we ended up not being able to get into the lockbox without another group giving the code because the one we were given was not working. We attempted to call the host but received no answer and a remark on the voicemail that they don't check it. BUT the stay was great and once we got over that hurdle, everything was smooth sailing.

Fun unique place
There were 6 adults that stayed here. We knew we weren't gonna be in the loft much and the location was perfect. However when we left we each said we wish we would have had more time to just stay and enjoy the loft!! Well stocked with essentials. Murphy beds were super comfortable! Property owner proved great instructions on check in. Check out was absolutely effortless!! Would definitely stay again if in the area!!

6 people (including 4 teens) and two small dogs. Room for everyone. Comfortable sleeping for all Max use of space. Lots of outlets for all of the things. Handicap accessible for a power wheelchair.

Comfy & Roomy Loft PERFECT Location
We had a WONDERFUL Louisville experience!! (First timers) Fantastic food, Churchill Downs, Louisville Slugger Factory & Museum is all right there to enjoy near this loft!!! Super place to stay and would definitely stay there again. Super clean and accommodates a large group.
