This home is lovely. It’s open and inviting. Steve is an amazing host with detailed instructions on all you could possibly need. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. All you need is within a short distance. We have many people stay the night and there was no issues with sleeping arrangements. Between cornhole, ping pong and the arcade game- everyone was busy and has a blast! Home was clean and well stocked. I am so grateful we picked this one to celebrate our family. Will gladly stay again. Thanks Steve for the wonderful hospitality!

Plenty of room for our family if four and the ping pong table was a hit. The floors were pretty dusty and the tub/showers needed a good thorough cleaning. The master bed was comfortable. The owner was great and even delivered a hair dryer early in the morning.

We stayed here several days and hosted our sons after wedding get together here-

The house is in a great location. It is close to shopping, restaurants and multiple walking trails and parks. The downtown Gilbert has many great restaurant selections. We especially loved Snooze for breakfast. There is also a large farmer's market each Saturday.
I would highly recommend this house for a family. The master bedroom is very comfortable, but I am not sure the beds in the other bedrooms would accommodate adults.

home owner was really nice but he needs to get the home cleaned professionally. There was dog hair every where and the house was just over all very dirty. The beds are terrible as well, only the Master is ok. Could be a very nice VRBO with work, nice location

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Great game room with foosball, arcade game, & ping pong. Nice backyard with a covered awning and gas fire pit. Gas grill was very dirty & not really usable. Refrigerator was pretty crowded with owners food and drink. No closet or drawer space available. The family is actively living in the house. Beds were nice and comfortable. Shower heads need replaced, but pressure was good. We were able to use the garage, which was really nice. Just seemed a little strange and awkward with all their personal items in the rooms, & house.
