The location was perfect for the next stage of our trip. The whole facility was spotlessly clean, the room was comfortable and a good breakfast was included for a reasonable price.

I wasn’t there long enough to find fault. It suited our needs for one night perfectly.

First impressions are always good. As doors opened for me I immediately noticed how clean and well laid out everything is. Desk Staff was pleasant and very helpful. My room was large, fresh and clean. Bed was so comfortable. I did not use the other amenities in the hotel but I could see that they also were well laid out, spacious and clean. Definitely a go to for me.

My only negative was that the pillows smelled that smell of people's hair.

Hotel was amazing. The staff were friendly and thr breakfast and pool were very good. Our room was comfortable and very clean.

There was a massive hockey tournament that had booked a bunch of rooms on multiple floors during our stay. There was only one security guard, it seemed, and we believed the guests from the hockey group spent their time partying and running away from the one overworked security guard. I fell asleep at 11 p.m. and by that time, they, I believe the kids of the hockey group, were running up and down the hallways. It was very loud. This happened both nights we were there. Guests that I spoke to at breakfast were also complaining about the noise. Maybe these groups should be booked in blocks and isolated to the lower floors so that they do not disturb other guests. I would say investing in a second security guard might be helpful. I also very much hope that these guests were penalized for their disruptive behaviour as it was very irresponsible of the parents of these groups to allow their children to cause such a disturbance both nights they were there.

Clean. Room quiet. Lots of pillows. Comfortable mattress. Facilities well maintained. Hot breakfast a bonus.

Everything was amazing, the facilities were phenomenal. Had a small issue with the shower but it was promptly addressed by the hotel staff. My son had said something about colouring and they brought him a colouring page and some highlighters from the front desk so he could colour. Such sweet and attentive staff.

Lots of kids playing in the hall with no supervision.

Estou desde do dia 22/12 (hoje é dia 03/01) aguardando o reembolso do depósito de CAD 50, que deveria ter acontecido em 5 dias úteise até agora nada. Isso é uma falta de respeito com o cliente

Spacious room, recent hotel. Big comfortable bed.

Extreme noisy with partying young people through the whole night. Great place to hear slamming doors. Overcrowded breakfast.

Room was big and clean. Bathroom was very nice. The breakfast was wonderful and there was a server there coming around with coffee refills, I think her name was Miriam or Marion that was very lovely, kind and just an outstanding employee. I mentioned her to the woman at the reception counter when we checked out. It’s a beautiful hotel in a very handy location to the Farmers Market.

Sadly, reakfast was adequate but almost cold. Not sure what they use for eggs and sausages under cooked.

Pas de femme de ménage alors que nous restions 4 nuits . Après notre demande au 2e jour elle n'est venu que le 3eme. Et une climatisation dans l'hôtel très très froide. Les petits-déjeuners pas très bons.

Staff were super nice and accommodating except the front desk when I checked it. But staff in the bar especially the bartenders and housekeepers were awesome! Room is a good size 😊

Breakfast could’ve been better. Eggs and meat don’t look and taste fresh. The bed and pillows weren’t comfortable, lacks firmness to support head and body. Did not sleep comfortably.

The location and the price

The shower (room 216) was a mess. The water was gushing/flowing outside towards the the whole bathroom floor. The shower was open concept as we have been told by the receptionist it was built for people with physical challenge. I would recommend to make the shower floor slope more inclined towards the inside then the outside so it holds the water away from the whole bathroom floor. Also, the bathroom did not have a working ventilator so after taking your shower the whole room is filled with condensation and you feel you are sweating as if you went to a sauna… The mattress was too soft (maybe it was like that maybe it was too much used) and we woke up with back pains.

we stayed for 5 days and didn’t ask for daily room cleaning, we wish hotel supplied us more towels.

Everything was clean and quite tidy.

We had requested being close to the couple we traveled with, but they were put 2 floors below us. Lighting in rooms was sorely lacking. Breakfast was also not overly appetizing.

Breakfast very good, facility very new, pool good, parking good, friendly staff. Room clean, and aircon, shower fan, exhaust, bed, TV and fridge all work as expected.

My bed felt like I was sleeping in a grave. I asked the front desk after day 1 to have it rotated and that was kot done so I had to do it. You provide pool access to other hotels? As if your hotel isn't busy enough. Coffee at the front desk was always cold. Breakfast was so bad, why bother.
