Jauka meitene bārā, kura bija vienīgā smaidīgā un atsaucīga.
Saldējums bērniem, ko varēja paņemt jebkurā brīdī. Vienu dienu vakariņās garneles.
Brokastīs nebija zaļumu, dārzeņu. Kafija nedzerams. Pusdienās un vakariņās vakardienas uzsildītie ēdieni. Tortes saldētas. Daudz saldētu ēdienu.
Mēs bijām ar bērniem, numuriņi piepīpēti, gulēt naktī pilnīgi neiespējami, jo no ielas līdz pat rītam jaunieši bļaustījās, staigāja, trokšņoja, jo blakus viesnīcai tusiņu un klubu iela. Šī viesnīca piemērota tikai un vienīgi tusētājiem un jauniešiem.
Mums bija paņemts all inclusive, kas pilnīgi nebija all inclusive. Pusdienās un vakariņās varēja paņemt tikai 3 alkoholiskos dzērienus, mēs bijām kopā 12 cilvēki, mums katru dzēriena glāzi skaitīja un pie baseina bāra bemaz nevarēja dzērienus paņemt. Jo pie baseina par tiem bija jāmaksā. Pēdējà dienā liekot brokastis šķīvī personāls pieskrēja un noņēma aproci, liekot ēdienu. No malas tas bija tik zemiski.
Cena pilnīgi neatbilstoša par all inclusive, kas bija piedāvājumā.

The decor was modern and it was generally clean. It was also located close to the strip.
The walls are thin so you can hear the noises of orher guests all night long. The housekeeping also stole my money.

It is close to the strip. Pool was big and lots of sun loungers for everyone. Cleaners came everyday. Good for girls or guys trips/ stays & hens. Didn’t eat all inclusive so not sure about the food in there but food from bar was ok and made fresh. Although pizza was overpriced.
Location is up a hill so not great for people who aren’t good walkers or don’t want to walk up the hill after a few drinks. Not ideal for children or young families. Music had to be turned off at 12 which is fair. Safe you had to pay for everyday which was annoying.

Rooms are clean
when I got there, it was late, around 3am. I had loads of luggage, they told me my room, didn’t explain where ( as hotel was confusing) but when I got to ‘my room’ 2 people were asleep in the bed. so then I had to go all the way back to the reception with all my luggage and then gave me a random room for the night which was awful.
next morning they gave me a new room on the other side of the hotel, didn’t offer help with luggage or even an apology.
as we were staying there, constantly staff were rude and helpless.

location is perfect, 5 minute walk to the strip. Hotel is clean, modern and decorated well. We were only there for 1 night and it was raining so didn’t use the pools but they looked lovely. Our room was the star of the show though! We chose the cheapest room which was just a deluxe double, but it was amazing! we had a bedroom, lounge and bathroom, with a sofa, dining table, queen bed, and a balcony which looked over the pools. So impressed!
air con didn’t work but I’m sure they would’ve fixed this had we asked, but we were too tired to haha!

Location was great, close to the main strip of maga which was 5 min walk, Palmanova was 10-15 min walk and very close, a short walk to two different beaches, shops literally under the hotel, plenty of restaurants and food options. Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfy, clean towels, blow dryer provided.
Some of the staff were very rude, when approaching a female staff member she was rude and condescending to myself and other guests, the air con wasn’t great and it was 30 degrees everyday, our balcony door didn’t even close or lock all the way.
