Dan’s house was attractive, roomy, and comfortable – a very pleasant place to gather with friends and family in between Cape activities, and hang out and cook and eat. Clean, a nice gas stove, lots of dishes and pots, etc. We were down for a long weekend, but would be very comfortable spending a week here. The listing didn’t specify, but we needed to bring our own sheets and towels, which is fine, and good to know in advance. Dan, the owner, was a great communicator, as well as accommodating, and we are already looking forward to coming back!

We had a very nice time while staying in this nice home. It was great to have enough rooms to feel comfortable while visiting with our adult children and grandchildren. There was room to spread out and to eat together. The outdoor shower is clean and helps keep some of the beach sand outdoors. It is very close to a family favorite- Nauset Beach or Skaket (on the Bay), for small sealife and gorgeous sunsets. The location is central, very close for groceries and restaurants, and is easy to travel the length of the Cape for more beaches, trips to Nantucket or MV, whale watching or souvenir shopping.
Dan was welcoming via email and very responsive when I had questions before or during our stay.
We would definitely stay here again.

Great house with nice large bedrooms, roomy interior, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable deck. Perfect for our annual family vacay. The hosts communicated at each point in a very timely manner. Would definitely return.

We had a wonderful vacation with family at Cape Cod in this spacious and clean home. All rooms were large, colorful and inviting. We enjoyed the beaches, lakes and restaurants that were all not too far. Communication with owners was easy as was the check in/check out process.

The house was very clean and spacious. The AC was phenomenal (we were there during a heat wave). The house had a nice big kitchen with a first floor master bedroom with first floor laundry. The living room was also spacious and comfortable. It was terrific having a bonus room upstairs with the 4 other bedrooms. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had and we were very pleased with this rental and would highly recommend it.

We just finished a week stay at this home. It easily accommodated my two grown children, their spouses and four children with plenty of room for the two teenagers and two younger children. The kids loved the big yard. We were close to so many wonderful beaches.! My son’s family went to no fewer than eight beaches and we biked the. Cape Cod bike trail. We found this home to be immaculate and well equipped! Dan was communicative and ready to help to make our vacation the best!

Spacious Home in a great location close to numerous bay side and ocean beaches and bike trail.
We just finished a week stay at this home. It easily accommodated my two grown children, their spouses and four children with plenty of room for the two teenagers and two younger children. The kids loved the big yard. We were close to so many wonderful beaches.! My son’s family went to no fewer than eight beaches and we biked the. Cape Cod bike trail. We found this home to be immaculate and well equipped! Dan was communicative and ready to help to make our vacation the best!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Orleans. The location of the house to the stores, beaches and family was perfect. The house was clean and we loved the natural light! Dan was readily available to answer our questions and was accommodating to our needs. We will definitely be back!!!

This property was perfect for my large family and dog! The proximity to town (Orleans) and to the surrounding towns, made the trip so easy to visit various beaches and towns on Cape Cod. Loved how close the house is to the Chocolate Sparrow, Nauset Surf and the grocery store. The kids loved the upstairs den with the large television. We didn’t spend much time on the deck but it was so nice to have a place to sit and to see the bunny that lives in the backyard!! We had a wonderful time! Dan was super responsive!

Great for families!
This property was perfect for my large family and dog! The proximity to town (Orleans) and to the surrounding towns, made the trip so easy to visit various beaches and towns on Cape Cod. Family Reunion
We had a great time bringing the family together from different states. The house was ideal; clean, large kitchen area, excellent deck, and bedrooms were perfect. Outside shower was nice and even took advantage of the fire pit. New grill was great and awnings.

A short drive gets you to the center of Orleans and it is a very scenic 12 minute drive to Chatham. Coast Guard beach has a shuttle from the parking lot, which we were hesitant to use, but it worked out great and the beach was perfect.
I would stay here again and recommend it to other families

Had everything we needed. Plenty of room for adults and children. Barbecue was great for family dinners. Tv was great during NBA playoffs. No one got in anyone way. Beaches were close. Little traffic. -

This was our 4th year staying at this home in Orleans, the owners were great and easy to communicate and we truly had the best time, again! Large home, great backyard, close to beaches and some great food. We love staying at this home and cant wait to do it again!

This was a great place and great owner. Clean, spacious and great big backyard. Well represented in photos. It is close to large road but b/c of big back yard, it was not an issue.

We had a wonderful time in Orleans. Our family of 7 were including 3 young children had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The house was impeccably clean and as always Joanne was wonderful and responded to our questions immediately. We will be back next summer. Thank you Joanne!

Great Family Vacation
Great house for a large group! Had everything we needed. Enjoyed games in the backyard, the kids enjoyed the shuttle ride to coast guard beach, walked Chatham, went kayaking,
mini golfing.... We were a group of 10, ranging from the ages of 7 months -87 years old and we all had a great week!

Great house for large families and centrally located on the Cape
Nice house that accommodated our large family, especially enjoyed the spacious dining area. Most bedrooms were spacious and the house was close to most locations on the cape. Owner was very receptive and quick to answer any questions. Provided a great home base for our first trip to Cape Cod!

Great for big families
Don't expect a luxurious property. But the rooms are spatious and the house is totally functional. We were 8 kids and 5 adults and everyone enjoy the week spent here. Greatly located, we were not far away from some public beaches. Also, Joanne quickly answers to our requests.

Great home.
Our family of 7 had a great time. The house was just as described, very clean and great for the kids who enjoyed the large back yard. The location was great for visits to the beach and to other cape locations. Joanne was easily accessible very accommodating to our requests. We will be back next summer. Thank you Joanne!!

House was clean, comfortable, and very big
We had a great time in Orleans. It was in a very convenient location to get to lots of great beaches and restaraunts. The house fit our family of 6 and we had lots of extra space(actually had an empty bedroom and a few empty beds). The yard was great for playing wiffle ball!

Fantastic Retreat!!! A Home Away From Home!
We were pleasantly surprised by this beautiful, user friendly home! It was perfect for a wonderful, family re- union of 6 adults and 7 children. From the moment we arrived.... The house was immaculately clean. The kitchen was large for the whole family to enjoy! The bedrooms, were cozy and beds comfortable. The back yard was great for playing hide and seek, baseball and more.... You could not go wrong from this wonderful abode. Great location...Thank You Joanne, for making your stay as warm, comfortable and inviting which helped make this a memorable summer vacation of 2018. Definitely, would like to rent this house again if we are in this area. Recommendations... not much to say, but it would be nice if there is a fire pit to make s’mores from. 😬�😉�

Lovely, charming house in a great location
Our family of 6 stayed in this house and it was perfect! Everything was just as described. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped (at least 12 dinner plates and plenty of glassware). This house is a 10 minute drive to Central Orleans and 15 minutes to Brewster or Chatham. If you have little kids the huge fenced in yard will be perfect for them. The BEST part of our stay was how thoughtful, caring, and accommodating the owner was. She encouraged us to call her anytime if we had any questions or issues. We would certainly come back!
