Very nice rental. Beautiful interior design. Not really within walking distance to any restaurants or stores but close to everything if driving. My only suggestion is the windows, they need blinds and maybe a little more seating in living room, really only seats 4 comfortably. Rental is very clean. Would rent again. Not handicap accessible so if you have mobility challenges this rental may be difficult in regards to accessibility.

Enjoyed a great weekend in STL. The house was perfect for our group. All amenities that you would need, spacious, and comfortable beds. Edward was very responsive and even checked with us to make sure we didn’t need anything during our stay! Would definitely recommend this place when coming to St. Louis.

This property is in a great location for visiting lots of areas of St Louis. We were no more than 15 to 20 minutes from any destination. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet at night The home was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The house was clean overall, though I did give the owners some feedback on additional areas that needed cleaning (fan blades were visibly dusty, under the beds needed a good cleaning). These were not deal killers to our family, and I trust the owners took care of these items on the next cleaning. Overall it was a nice place to stay. Perfect for our party of 6.

The pictures are spot on and the place very nice. The owners were proactive in communicating and checking in… we felt very at home. Great place for 3 couples or a family with kids. Not much within walking distance so a car is needed for everything. There is street parking and two spots in back. Would definitely stay again there!

We had a great experience at this home! Our family converged on this home from Kansas City, Denver, and Florida to attend a college graduation at WashU. The location of the home was very convenient to the school, as well as to the highway, good restaurants, and downtown STL. The parking space in the back of the house worked well for our two SUVs. We felt comfortable in the house. You could tell the home had recently been renovated. It looked new. There were pictures of what the inside of the house looked like prior to being redone. It was amazing to see the transformation. Our host checked in on us via text our first morning in the house to make sure we were enjoying our stay, which was very considerate. We had everything we needed. I only wish we had discovered this house earlier in our son’s college career. We’ll have to stay again during his reunions!

This property is in a safe neighborhood nearby some key St. Louis attractions and made an ideal family getaway for the weekend. It's a charming, spacious house. 2 full + 1/2 bathrooms was a huge benefit to allow everyone their own corner of privacy. The owners are very attentive and good communicators that seem very invested in making your experience a positive one. The place is clean with a well stocked kitchen which helps to save on your food budget to enjoy other things. Vacation went off without a hitch. I highly recommend this place!

The location of this place was perfect for us! Quick to get everywhere we had planned to go. The owners were so nice and had a quick response time. The inside was beautiful. It was 2 families of 4, and the size was perfect for us. We will definitely stay here again when we come to STL!

The property is very cozy and comfortable for a small group. The location is perfect for getting to/from downtown and there's ample parking in the rear which is a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend this place and use it again on future visits.

Five friends stayed in St. Louis at this place following our 55th high school reunion. Everything about it was absolutely perfect and exactly as advertised. The parking was easy, the location convenient, and the decor memorable in a wonderful way!

We used this property as our home base while we saw the sights and lived as a tourist in St. Louis.

Pros -beautiful place! -well stocked kitchen with huge island -perfectly located to visit all the downtown attractions -great communication and easy check in -extremely clean Cons -needs window coverings for privacy -needs a lock on the powder room door -needs a bigger TV in the living room -maybe regular cable or satellite instead of Roku TV -pullout couch is really uncomfortable. Frame needs to be replaced This would be a perfect place for an all adult group of friends or family. Not the best for kids. Downtown neighborhood made Mama kinda nervous. We had a blast at the Arch, City Museum and Union Station.

This property is fabulous. We stayed here a year ago and really enjoyed it. This stay was no different. Love the property the pictures tell the story. I hope it's available the next time I'm in town.

This place is super neat! We loved all of the ways the owners has renovated but still kept the brick walls and all of the finishing stuff were perfect. We had the best time and the neighbors were very friendly.

This property was beautiful inside!! I wasn’t sure about the location at first, it felt a little unsafe, but ended up being fine - overall great place for a group.

This is a really nice house with a great floor plan (upstairs and down). The location is good in that it's no more than a 10 minute drive to get to most things STL has to offer. We encountered a nonworking AC unit upstairs, but the host was really quick to work on a resolution and things improved greatly from that point forward. I'd stay here again.

First let me say that I wanted to wait a week before putting in this review. I went back and read all the prior reviews on two different sites - they are all great. I can totally see why I booked it. Let me say that we drove to the house…just the drive had us worried. As we got closer the houses were is disrepair and the streets looked quite dangerous. I would say the descriptions of the neighborhood are absolutely incorrect. We were at the house about 40 minutes, and between two adults and two teens we unanimously agreed we did not feel safe in the house because of the neighborhood. I will say there were many young adults as we drove up and a simple white SUV attracted a ton of attention…in an unfavorable way. We knew we would lose over $1400 for the weekend, and admittedly the owner did waive the cleaning fee…but that is the best $1400 I’ve spent to get out of that nightmare neighborhood. I will say you really need to look at the location. A lot of money has been spent to have this house rehabbed. But it’s the only one that’s livable on the street. Plywood for window covers on the houses next door, I would characterize the street as a low middle class to upper lower class street - predominantly. We simply did not feel safe. Before you book really take a look at the neighborhood…there is absolutely no way we would be doing anything other than coming back and forth from the car…there is no walking down the street. Get out to your car, and drive away!
