We came for a family wedding and were very comfortable for our 2-night stay. We especially appreciated the comfortable living room and access to TVs. We had a little trouble getting the access code but the host was very responsive when we called and unlocked it remotely. We're grateful for a smooth and cozy stay.

Inside of home was very clean and comfortable. I would rent again without a doubt. Outside of property needs some landscape cleanup and many trees and bushes need trimming. Also the gutters were overflowing with pine needles and leaves. They really should be cleaned out. These are just my recommendations to the owner. As I stated, I would definitely rent this house again. Thank You very much, Steven Nardelli

Nice sized rooms with updated baths in quiet neighborhood. Convenient to lovely town beach. Owners refunded pet fee when we were unable to bring our pet down.

We decided to stay on Cape for Labor Day weekend and came upon this dog friendly listing. While the bedrooms were clean, the house itself smelled musty the minute you walked in the door. We didn't go downstairs to use the laundry machine because the mustiness was overbearing. The house was comfy, but the sofas could've used a better cleaning as there was either sand or crumbs on the large L shaped sofa along with some stains on the pillow and armrest The bedrooms were all clean. The primary bedroom was large, clean and inviting. There is a backyard which isn't really tended to so we didn't spend anytime in the back. We noticed a small charcoal grill out there which we didn't use. There are many security cameras outside of the home and one at the entryway inside of the house which we assume is pointing towards the door. We've been on Cape for years and we've never stayed where there were security cameras. The large bathroom was big and roomy, but the owners need to fix the sliding door to the shower as it was very hard to slide it open. I was surprised that there were no hair dryers in the either bathroom. Overall, it was a decent stay.

We really enjoyed this house. The location was perfect for the different areas of the Cape we like to go...very centrally located. The house was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space to spread out and the pictures really didn't do it justice! Carlos was a great host. He always answered questions in a timely manner leading up to our trip and was able to quickly help us resolve an issue with one of the tvs after we arrived. Our only concern was the security camera in the kitchen...since VRBO doesn't allow interior cameras.
