Hotel H-Wood

It was clean. It had a nice size refrigerator. Staff was very professional and helpful. It was decent for the price. There was a mirror in the room.

There was no where to unpack and put your clothes other than a very small rack with no hangers. Had to live out of suitcase and was constantly having to get the luggage and put it on the bed. The sink area was in the bathroom and there were 3 of us so made it difficult to get dressed. There wasn’t much light in the room. The outlet close to the mirror was old and plugs would fall out. The stairs were not great. One set had a wall in one section and there was no hand rail and they were very steep. The one stairs had a hand rail all the way and was not as stepp but some of the stairs were not flat.

It was cheap

The room was not cleaned enough and the staff didn’t let us leave our luggage there when we did the check out. (There was pleanty of room for our luggage)

Que el estacionamiento y piscina se encontraban muy sucio de ramas de árboles y palmeras, no hacían nada por limpiar.

Pretty good location

Some smell, towels and sheets are dirty
