My family was in town for 3 days for a family function. The home served our needs. It's clearly a rental and it's not high-end (not that we expected it to be).
The location worked for what we needed and it was fine for our family. Nothing luxurious, but better than renting 2 hotel rooms.

We stayed at this home for 1 night, just passing through the area. It was perfect for 3 adults and one toddler! Clean, and it had plenty of towels and beds for everyone. A nice comfortable place to stay where we could all be together. Much better than a hotel!!!

This is an old duplex that has been "cosmetically" done. The fixtures are all very old and the bathroom faucet did not work after the second day. The bed lines were old and stained. The downstairs smelled like marijuana. When I called to speak with the owner he was said very rude and unprofessional. I would not stay here again. I have stayed in many VRBO's and rely on the reviews for booking that is why I am writing this to save another family from staying here.

The property was quite clean and very near to Kansas City things to do. We were in town to take in a show and only stayed one night, but the place is worth a longer visit.

There were no extra kitchen helps-salt pepper etc. those are basics in a rental for me. Oh, and it had an overall mold smell in the property itself. The space/rooms fit the needs we had well.
