We are very pleased. Clean, pleasant, and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable. Perfect location. Very close to the sea. And close to shops. The house is equipped with everything you need and even more. We recommend it 100%

Very good

Very clean and the single beds were comfortable. There was an amazing aray of kitchen equipment, everything you could possibly need.lovely walks over the nature reserve.

No site facilities apart from children's play area and laundrette and the double bed should definitely be replaced.

I would say is perfect for a couple to get away but for myself and children it became a little boring fairly quickly.

This is a nice caravan, comfortable with everything you need to live.

The property was fine, the location/time of year was more of an issue as the seafront was mostly under construction or closed and with no entertainment on the park itself there isn’t much for children to do.

A good stay with a couple of unavoidable issues

Clean and comftarble with everything you would need

Close enough to the port you heard metallic clanging through the night On windy nights you could feel the caravan rocking in the wind

Excellent holiday caravan

Lovely caravan, great layout, lots of room, nice and clean with lots of lovely extra touches.

Personally, I'd prefer net curtains at the bedroom windows so people aren't looking in while I get changed.

Pleasant stay in Felixstowe

Spacious caravan, well appointed, pleasant. All you could need is present. Surprised at how big it was. We like our own space, enjoyed this.

The bed. Springs in your back 🙁. The noise of the dock in the nights, didnt keep us awake but always present. I guess you get used to it if you stay longer.
