This condo was beyond amazing. Checked every box in my expectations. The view was phenomenal. We had the most amazing time in this condo with my family. The front desk ladies were beyond helpful, sweet accommodating, and welcoming. The unit was so clean well, equipped and comfortable. The fireplace was so fabulous being that it was a bit cold and rainy. This is going to be my destination condo once a year in Seaside made me want to purchase a unit in the complex. We travel several several times the Oregon coast a year and by far this has been my favorite fabulous experience. Vacasa hit it out in the park on this one.

Loved the breathtaking view when we first walked in! Got ready for bed and realized there were no sheets or bedding for the sofa sleeper, so we had to go down and ask for those. The washing machine was extremely moldy smelling so we were afraid to use it. Only one elevator was working so with all the people staying there, it took a LONG time to go up or down. The room was clean enough, but there were some small things overlooked, like an old McD wrapper, a bottle cap, etc. But the basics were good. It was nice to have dishes available in the kitchen and lots of blankets for the chilly evenings. The office staff was excellent and we enjoyed our stay.

Stunning view. Perfect location right on the promenade. Comfortable beds and furniture. Great amenities. Moved to the top of our list of favorite vacation rentals. And for those concerned about accessibility….I use a walker and scooter and this unit worked perfectly.

A well-maintained condo with sweeping ocean views and direct access to the seaside promenade. Well-appointed furnishings with TVs in living and both bedrooms. The floor plan felt very open and spacious. The check in process was exceptional and Donna Mae answered all the multiple questions we had about the area. Would highly recommend this property!!

The condo was just as pictured. It was very nice on the inside and the location was perfect. Steps from beach access and the ocean views couldn’t be beat! Only thing that could have made it better was to have some beach accessories (i.e. beach towels and or blanket, beach toys for the kids, and some
Folding beach chairs). Otherwise it was just perfect. Will stay here again.

The condo was beautiful! You cannot beat the view & location. My only complaint would be the lack of kitchen pots and pans for cooking. There was only 1 skillet.

This condo was perfect for my mom and I. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nicely updated, and the floor to ceiling windows in the living room offer the most amazing views of the ocean! Perfectly located with quick walking distance (5 min) to downtown.

This unit is beautifully updated. However, the property itself is outdated and the pool isnt appealing. The fans in our room were disgusting and full of dust, so we couldn't use them. We asked the front desk for new fans and they couldn't help. For the price we paid this was disappointing. We drove 4 hours to get to a room that was 78 degrees and no fan.

We were there for the volleyball tournament. The location was fabulous. The view couldn’t be beat. Plenty of space for us and our two teenagers that were playing in the tourney. I originally booked it for 6 as we were going to have a few others joining. It was great to have a kitchen to have food available vs. eat out.
The only downside or heads up I would say is with all the beautiful beach facing windows, it gets pretty hot and stuffy in the evening. The bedrooms have no ventilation but fans are provided in the closets. Overall, wonderful place.

This was such a great place! We were on the 3rd floor. The view was fantastic! People watching was at its best because the promenade was right below. Floor to ceiling windows with a balcony. It was clean, and decorated simply but very stylish. We had the fireplace on every night and never used the furnace. A few blocks north is broadway ave where shopping and eating is in abundance. Also arcades and carnival activities for kids. The indoor pool is round and looked inviting although we didn’t use it. I’d like to bring my family back and would definitely stay here again. It’s a little more expensive than some places but well worth it. Nicest place on the promenade!!

The unit had a fantastic view of the ocean from the front windows and the deck. All was clean and beautifully designed. Check in person was friendly and helpful when we had trouble hooking up to WiFi. Will come again for sure. Peaceful and quiet, too.

Reserving the unit was easy and informative. The property owners kept in contact as to check in and out process. They asked us if there were any problems and tried to address them quickly. Kind and helpful personnel at the property.

This unit was completely redone with all new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, high end appliances. Nicely decorated. Kitchen had everything you might need. Breath taking view.

Beautiful location!
The condo was clean, comfortable, and very lovely. We loved the soft carpet and comfortable furnishings! And the view can't be beat! The building was loaded with amenities like a pool, sauna, foot washing station for coming off the beach, great service, nice parking, and more. It made for an excellent vacation in our home away from home.
