The house (not apartment) is ideally situated close to the beach, the supermarket, bakery and restaurants.
We really enjoyed the space, privacy, garden with plunge pool and well equipped kitchen.
Only some details; missing a good coffeemaker (e.g. presse/cafetière). Overall quite clean, but some places could use extra attention.

we liked the great location everything in walking distance house ii very well equipped ,plunge pool is bonus especially when you have children also lot beach toys available

The location was perfect. It was close to everything and a great fit for a trip with my daughter. We had a great time!

Spacious and in excellent conditions. The patio, pool and garden are the added value. Location is superb and very close to good restaurants and shops.

Everything about this place is perfect. It was clean, tastefully decorated, great location and the plunge pool was so nice. Manu was great to work with. My husband and I travel a lot and this is definitely one of the top places we have stayed.
We liked everything about the property. I would recommend bringing bug spray with you as the mosquitoes are a nuisance.

Beautiful villa and added bonus of having your own pool. The villa was clean and private, and less than a minutes walk to the beach. Great location with a store and great restaurants literally across the road. Fantastic host who went above and beyond for us during our stay. Can't rate this villa highly enough! Thanks for a great stay.

everything was quite good, the house is very comfortable and very well equipped with very good location and Manuela is simply lovely person, always available to help and address all your needs and doubts. Thank you very much for your kind and warm treatment, our time in SXM was perfect and we really enjoy our stay in the island and at home!!!
