Geräumige Wohnung, komfortables großes Bett, preiswert

Wir haben ein Zimmer im Obergeschoss gebucht, uns wurde jedoch die Kellerwohnung im Untergeschoss angeboten, hier großflächiger Schimmel an der Decke im Wohnbereich, dadurch muffiger Geruch, im Bad ebenso muffiger Geruch, sehr primitive und wackelige Konstruktionen im Bad, Lage am Rand von Leticia in der Umgebung von Militäreinrichtungen

La habitación era muy grande y bonita. Tenía todo para estar cómodo.

La habitación olía mucho a humedad.

El trato de Felipe es excepcional, estuvo muy pendiente durante todo el viaje, la habitación es muy limpia y comoda, la ubicación es muy buena, de los mejores!

Tal vez las vías de acceso se podrían mejorar. Pero eso ya es algo que se sale de las manos al alojamiento

Un lugar muy tranquilo, lindo y perfecto para pasar unos días, la zona es céntrica y segura. Tiene supermercado, comida y farmacia cerca. Felipe muy atento, amable y dispuesto a colaborar en todo. Recomiendo este lugar con los ojos cerrados.

the fan fell off the wall almost injuring someone, the photographs of the property didn’t resemble the reality. there were ants in the kitchen. the payment system didn’t work for international guests. the sink was very close to falling over.

The apartment is big enough for 2 or 3 people. The rooms and the living room have fans. The staff is friendly and helpful. For the Leticia standards, The free WiFi connection was fine, we could do some online work.

The whole place needs a massive renovation, everything is old and uncared of. The bathroom sink tap was broken and the toilet blocked so we had to use a plunger all the time. The fridge was old and rusty and constantly leaking, leaving a pool of water and the door didn't close properly. We found a dead cockroach in the fridge. The windows are covered only with a plastic mesh so it felt a bit unsafe to leave cameras and laptops in the apartment, fortunately, we never had any problems.

location is perfect and very safe, and there are restaurants and grocery stores around the place. the staff is very nice! good value for the price, also we get complimentary water.
